a part of me wishes we had gotten a night vision in Halo 2 as opposed to the final game's measly flashlight that automatically turns off after a few second. but i can see why they would have gotten rid of it, there's not enough dark areas/levels in Halo 2 to warrant a night vision. glad to see they saved it for ODST and Reach

A gamemode with this permanently enabled would be hectic.

This, along with the cut leaning mechanic from halo 3 pimps at sea build, makes me think halo was supposed to become more of a tactical shooter. I think it would have done well being a surreal supersoldier simulator.

It only took about 20 years for me to learn this was a thing.

The sounds Chief would make when getting injured in Halo 2 and 3 was so immersive.

I wish night vision was like the night vision in the Riddick games and movies. Spartans can see clearly at night just like Riddick can and that's why the visor is so tinted in Halo, just to let Spartans see normal vision.

I see the melee animations are quite different, have you done a video on the beta anims?
