The excecution of 343's halo 4 .. was questionable.. other than that bungie had different concepts of art on what the didact and the promeatheons we're supposed to be/like and were alot different than we got. Reach still holds up.
Its the dialoge of the forerunner A.I, Mendicant Bias. and he may still play a role in Halo 6. as the Wiki on his death date is specified as "Supposedly ended service in 2558"
@@Mr.Bishop2808 Oh they’ll definitely talk about him at the very least. The game is going to take place on Installation 07 and he and The Primordial were on the Installation at one point before the firing of the Halos during the Forerunner-Flood War.
It is mendicant bias not the arbiter like some may believe. Mendicant Bias was held by the Covenant for 3000 years while the first shamed Arbiter was 300-400 years ago. When Mendicant spent time imprison he sought only one thing and that was atonement for the terrible crimes he committed. He has existed for over 100,000 years and was imprisoned after his defeat. Hence "I am trapped in the prison of my own demise, I am lost in time."
I love these debates because it leaves pieces of a puzzle that leaves the fans to solve themselves. Halo would be pretty dull if everything were to be explained perfectly. But I must correct you on one thing Jam: Mendicant Bias was made as a strategic AI in charge of all Forerunner defenses- and during emergencies would he be in charge of the Halos. Mendicant was sent by the Master Builder (whom had no authorized permission to do so) to Installation 07 to interrogate The Primordial (aka one of the earliest Graveminds) who had convinced Bias to turn on the Forerunners and fight along-side with the Flood. Thus the rest of the story is pretty much said. I personally think this is Mendicant Bias speaking because that doesn't match the voice of the Gravemind. The Gravemind has his little hidden message in Halo 3 along with the Flood. Crisis7 did make some good points as well so that boosted up my theory. This isn't the first time Mendicant used analogy. ;) I also believe that Mendicant is still alive despite that he said he'll die.
MegaboltPhoenix interesting man. Always hearing about the primordial I thought it was some form of a precursor. But now I see why it would make sense it’s a grave-mind. People suicided after talking to it which is a grave-mind quality logic plague. Do you have a source that it’s a grave mind. I’d love to see.
You can go to the kingdom of God and be happy for what he did for you in an act of Love, or you can choose to go with Satan and be condemned with him in his eternal filthy and hopeless life, he wanted to be god to create an evil structure of laws, God gave the truth and satan rebelled, I beg you! Chose YAH, choose YAH-SHUA, choose YAH-WEH! I quit this videogames long time a go, they are demon posessing all the videogame industry is controlled by freemasons I beg you don't leave such a wonderfull oportunity.
fact it's a puzzle if you listen closely, and in H3 what mendicant bias is saying is going happen why because Cortana trusted him that's why she's involved to activate a ring, in H3 mission Cortana in the illusions there 2 voices the second one is actually mendicant bias, though in the mission halo bias in the terminal communicating with the chief calling him reclaimer, chief and Cortana were not involved checking the data base if Cortana did they would've known him talking through it.
I read the books and i liked the fact "he" appeared in them though at the time it was something i decided not to dwell on. In the books, he was portrayed as a covenant AI on a dreadnought(i think it was) which cortana came up against when hacking. The book actually highlighted at the time that the covenant dont have AI, and because the whole scene was written from cortanas perspective we never got to find out what it truly was.
I thought it was about the Gravemind because it's made of so many bodies and assimilated so much knowledge that it didn't really want to live anymore it knows so much.
This alone gives Bungie so much respect. I wish they still did the Halo games. There would be more mystery, character development, and many more. Rip the new Halo games
I have faith for 343 because the didact and librarian go way back and even heard from in halo 3 and i never knew until recently. 343 knows their shit and i have alot more respect for them now
Slice N’Dice dude that’s such a made-up myth 343 is all new staff save for Frankie. Even Bungie isn’t old Bungie, neither is 343. Can’t believe people still think this is true
Same I can't stop thinking about what the endless are and how they connect to all this. Imo Nothing coukd be worse than the flood. It's the ultimate cosmic, body horror, head game inducing horror.
This is 100% Satan. I always thought it was Mendicant Bias as the other fans have said but some things were off about his little speech. He talks about angels and crimes against God and man. Satan fits this speech more than Mendicant Bias does. Satan knows the bible, as evident when he quoted scripture to Jesus in the desert. Thus he's read Revelations where it says he will be cast into the lake of fire. Satan knows he's doomed and is essentially a prisoner of his own demise. He lives to see death, destruction and evil over the light. The part about him wandering the Earth reminds me of the verse from Job 2:2 - *The LORD asked Satan, "Where have you come from?" In response, Satan told the LORD, "From wandering all over the earth and walking back and forth throughout it."* He says he seeks forgiveness; the bible says God won't forgive the fallen angels.
I’m just gonna say this is by far one of the creepiest I’ve ever heard not to mention it kind of reminds me of those creepy voices from the song my little box from ghost ship
Actually even if we are 13 years later you should make it for Black Tower ;) It's the most beautiful message and all we have about it are in ultra low quality clips with massive errors x)) Anyway, thanks for this one :p
I have walked among men and angels for 3,000 years. Time has no end, no beginning, no purpose. I wandered the earth seeking forgiveness for my horrible crimes against God and man. I live to see death and destruction. Evil over the light, but the light cannot be extinguished. I live in a prison of my own demise. I am lost in time.
For anyone who wanted the text all together " I have walked among men and angels for 3,000 years. Time has no end, no begining, no purpose. I wander the earth seeking forgiveness for my horrible crimes against God, and man. I live to seek death, destruction, evil over the light. But the light cannot be extinguished. I live in a prison of my own demise. I am lost in time. "
Eyes from Death Sweet Dreams kingdoms appeared Sunlight on a Broken Column. There in Death Hell kingdoms walking alone Trumble lips form prayer to broken Stone. (Broken Stone) which means (this is the way World end) as *The Great Apocalypse* is Asteroid rocks on April/ day 21/ year 2027..
For my fews Creator, Precursors.. I'm a service of Halo. my purpose paths by serving in the hand of Master Chief, doing for My fews Creation, Precursors.. I'm a service of Halo.. Those people who lie to me by Their using false information nor word in Canada..
The normal reversed version is the Gravemind,if it's sped up a little it's more of the Prophet of Truth, and if you speed it up a little more it's a Monitor, some believing it to be Mendicant Bias. Although we still don't know who it is,I believe it's all three, just at different times with different parts of the speech reflecting them. "I have walked among men and angels for three thousand years" is possibly the Gravemind, which means that the Gravemind we know from Halo 2 and 3 is about three thousand years old at the very least. "I wander the earth, seeking forgiveness for my horrible crimes against god and man" could be from Truth, who has committed crimes against Gods(by failing to start the Great Journey) and man(by nearly murdering them all). "I live in a prison of my own demise. I am lost,in time" could be from Mendicant Bias, because as a Monitor he was created by the Forerunners to be a somewhat slave, doomed to one day go rampant and die, thinking himself to death over the span of countless eons. As he said to Guilty Spark before parting ways with him "We deserve to be forgotten.",meaning his legacy and memories are lost in time, and he knows it.
@The Game Master it was revealed in a Terminal in Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary, before the monitors left to spend eternity in solitude on their respective installations. It was told from Guilty Sparks perspective where he remembers Medicant Bias saying the line "We deserve to be forgotten" being the last thing said between them before they went their separate ways. The Terminals *should* be on RU-vid for you to watch if you're skeptical.
I was listening to this song today in my music app that I had on my phone and I heard the voices and wondered if it was backwards because of course it sounded backwards. Then I looked it up and this video was the first thing I saw. That's so cool there's a secret message. I don't know much about this guy talking but I gotta admit(though I've been reading the comments which is the only reason why I know a little bit now lol), he kinda sort of sounds like Captain Keys now and then.
I have walked among men and angels for 3000 years. Time has no end, No beginning, No purpose. I wander the earth seeking forgiveness for my horrible crimes against god, and man I live to see death, destruction, evil over the light. But the light cannot be extinguished. I live in the prison of my own demise. I am lost in time.
I miss the religious undertones in the main trilogy. They made halo even spookier somehow if that makes sense. It’s like you can almost agree that the flood are demonic parasites hellbent on defying the gods.
this is something kane says in the bible very poetic considering mendicant bias & kane share alot of simularitys betraying their creators and being punished for it
I find this is actually kinda creepy...Especially because I don't even know who exactly is supposed to be saying that. It sounds like it could be anything from a demon, to an alien, or whatever you want to think it is.
I hope Mendicant Bias is the main villain of Halo Infinite Because that would be a badass battle between Mendicant Bias and the Master Chief (Sierra-117)
Nope, In the words of Joseph Staten, "Halo 4 is a possiblity, The ending to Halo 3 was conclusive but that shimmer of that planet was a door that could be opened. Bungie is done with Halo we feel we did our part but that bit at the end opens doors to many possiblities. The story could continue through another game or a book or even a movie. The door could be opened by anyone with anything. Is Halo finished? Only the future knows for certain" Even Bungie didn't know if Halo was over or not.
Finally, someone increased the speed/pitch a little! Some people ONLY reverse it without raising the pitch, so it ends up sounding like freaking andre the giant talking in slow motion... This is actually intelligible.
Mendicant and/or Offensive needs to be in the mainline Halo games. Halo as a game and as an experience boils down to 2 things, Fairness in competitive play and a story that is deeper than light and dark.
Offense bias has *secret code failsafe* by didact himself from www.halopedia.org find this Name, *343 Guilty sparks* and Lord of Admiral. From Google.. Just do it, Spartan. That order!
It makes sense that there are connections. When Halo 2 was in development, Halo 2 was supposed to include ALL of Halo 3's campaign, but due to time constrictions, they had to cut it out and end Halo 2 where it did, and make the second half of Halo 2's campaign into Halo 3's campaign. I'm sure had it been that way, and Halo 2 had its full intended campaign length, Halo 3 would actually have the story of what Halo 4 will have in November, if that makes any sense.
Its interesting how 343 replaced this (I think) with the Didact's speech at the end of Halo 4, and (correct me if I'm wrong) the Didact was Medicants creator, so that link is cool. However, I still prefer this as i think it fits better lore wise, and it just sounds more creepy and omnipotent.
Timeline had no end, no beginning, no purpose. They live to see death, destruction, Evil over the Light. But the Light cannot be the extinguish. i live in the prison of my own demise.. I'm lost in time. (An Eternal Afterlife and the Unknown Realms) I'm not sure what that means.. i will find some information on Halo waypoint about this, Halo hidden messages and the Broken Column. Because That what i believe it.
Yeah I heard that before but it is kinda creepy and it is realy creepy lissening to it at night and more creepy when it is just a black screen with white writing on it
I'm trying to stall the launch sequence but there's something inside the ship that's.. fighting back. For a Covenant construct, its unusually formidable.
They planned making Halo 4. They stated it multiple times. Even ending of Halo 3 proved, that Halo 4 would come at some point, but it's not just made by Bungie.
Also the covenant captured mendicate bias and he'd eventually get shut down by the hunters slithering around it basically disconnected the power cable😕
I think Medicant Bias is in Halo 5 Guardians, to restore Cortana because Master Chief is holding her port in his hand in the trailer for Halo 5. As well, note that Mc is not holding a weapon. What do you guys think?
It's An "United Nation Space Command" Message Toward Humankind. And They're My Favorite Message Carrier For Me As Well. New Quote Of Mine Said: "For i Filled Their UNSC Hope Has Second Chance To Change Fate." *That Makes Halo 7 Concept Art For Three Years Later* (it's Will Arrived at 2025) i was Right All Along With First Beginning Of Halo Combat Evolved Games.. Wasn't i? (Hehe, eh) [End Of New Quote Comments]
