Today we're taking a look at some of the best glitches ever found on Halo 3! In fact, Halo 3 was my introduction to glitches so I owe a lot of my gaming success to it.
There will never be a game where i had as much fun and loved playing as halo 3. Seeing videos like this makes me sad thinking about how much i played this game and how much fun it was. Absolutely amazing times.
I once did a glitch, though I cant remember how, where I somehow got Johnson to drop his weapons so he was unarmed on the final level just before guilty spark, and then betrayed the arbiter enough times to make him hostile. He had no weapons so he just kept screaming at me.
I think the forge glitch used to "weld" objects together was definitely a top glitch! Wasn't just neat to try fusing different things together but had a lot of real in game usefulness and really showed a different level of dedication in forgers. It definitely took 10x longer to "weld" everything together and make it all seamless.
Damn remember the race tracks people used to build? That was wayyy harder to make in halo 3 than any later games, especially because there weren't any grids.
@@D0NtPh34rTh3R34p3R I tremendous doing this and learning the repeat round glitch and you had to kind of remember how the previous object was and how to orient the new one before it is merged. It took effort and skill and some of the tabs tracks I appreciated and were so amazing. But I am glad after 3 Bungie saw from the community and made it an option in reach, made the forge community go wild
@@D0NtPh34rTh3R34p3R actually I think the only video I still have on my channel is a halo teach race track I made, so long ago, such an old video lol. Wish I recorded and had from some sick halo 3 race tracks I made. One of which became semi popular when I saw its downloads on file share and people showing which was so humbling.
On the last one all you have to do is kill him at the right moment before the cutscenes. You don't need to do the whole killing him with the laser or on the cliff, but if you do kill him on the cliff the laser he drops has infinite ammo.
You missed the glitch in those two scarabs appear and it’s random but when you destroy the core of the one on the right when near the legs, you will sometimes Fling very VERY far out of bounds and your screen will glitch badly
What about the one glitch in Forge that if you have one player sitting in a Machine Gun Turret looking up while the player in edit mode grabs the player and turret against a wall facing it outwards, then the player in the turret goes into edit mode and he either glitches out of the map or he dies because of the map boundary thingy.
Yeah I'm surprised he forgot that well known glitch people used to get in secret/hidden parts of maps and also people created small forge maps out of maps depending on the map some were really fucking cool and just have a teleporter to get back in map etc.
your trip mine glitch is not the easiest way, in classic Halo 3 and in the MCC... you can do the same with ONE trip mine. just set the Spawn Min to 1 and Spawn max to 1 set the time to 10, and they will respawn as soon as you throw it. you Don't need 4, just one. and this still works on The MCC. That trip mine will infinitely respawn as you throw it... made simple.
3:00 I looked at it pretty deeply and there seems yo be no easter eggs in there either. And and also, choosing to kill the scarab make the mission to end because the door on the Forrerunners building wont ipen since it need the scarab to get killed in the right scripting order. Anyway, pretty nice to lookout but pretty useless if not just walking around Thanks for the tip thought
I think what alowed all the halo games to have so many cool glitches, is that everything had sort of consistency, texture or however you want to say that. If there are pelicans in the game, you will not get to fly, they're stil fully functinal vehicles and not just a flying plato wird a picture around it. Same for the phantoms or anti-air wraiths. the mountains on the side are mountains, and not just an invisivle barrier in front of a picture of mountains. If there is a scarab walking around the map, you only get to see twice... it still is wandering around the map. and so on and so on.
I know this is an old video but the first glitch is so hard too do I can get in the phantom but It's been impossibe when It cones too grabbing the turret after you leave the hanger I'm too slidey are tgeir any tips anypne can give I would really appriciate it
In the final mission u can hold two Spartans lazers by killing Johnson I don't know if anyone has found this before but whenever u can kill Johnson I haven't done it for a while so I don't really how to do it
It'd be awesome if 343 Industries referenced the Sgt Johnson glitch in Infinite. "Hey Chief, Remember that time you stole my gun to save me? Good times..."
You can dupe equipment as well. Rapidly switching and changing out a bubble shield and a grav lift can change either of the equipment. I used to dupe grab lifts in multiplayer all the time.
Actually the overload glitch does still work, it's just not 100% reliable anymore. It's also not entirely necessary anymore since the guardians don't work in Forge anyways on MCC.
