Actually my helmet is a glassfibre reinforced cast and they are made to order, so depending on my capacity i always make more and there are a lot of options by now to make it costumized :)

@@smokeyredmeadow All depends on how you print said parts. It's pretty much determined by what filament you use and how sturdy you make the print with infill percentage and wall structure.

Cool video, but just as a heads up, the 405th does not encourage any use of their props or armor for real life purposes other than costuming since it offers no protection and could be a liability/safety hazard. The resources and models however can be used, but use them at your own discression. :) Also just to inform, the sniper at 4:00 is the nornfang which is a req variant found only in halo 5
