This was my attempt at documenting the install process for the Spyder Auto ccfl led projector headlights. I tried to be clear as to what steps to follow, but comment for any questions.
I opted for the ccfl rings in the black housing. I bought them on amazon using "cobalt headlights" as the search term.

I have the same ones bro but haven't installed because I don't know where the extra 3 red wires go for the small lights. Could I splice into high beams?

Yo I bought pretty much the exact same headlight for my truck and I got the halos to work but only when I use my blinkers, correct me if I’m wrong but I should connect my positive wires to the only other wire that I have left to make them my running lights?

So when my day light is on one headlight works the way it should. The other doesn’t. But when I put my high beams on the other headlight works and the original first one doesn’t.

@@buffchipz7523 update, my lighting wasn’t good so I mistaken the pink for orange 😂 I checked in the morning and fixed it. All good now!

i bought these headlights did the splicing. but my halos only come on with the brights on. what can i do to fix it?

Why not tap into the aftermarket connector rather than cutting the OEM Wiring Harness?

Does anyone know how to change low beam bulb in the halo projector. Not the halo bulb. The LOW BEAM bulb? Does the back pop off or twist or something?

I have these exact lights but they say sonar as the brand, my question is I have one working perfect. One the rings aren't lighting up, they were used so I'm wondering if it isn't a wire issue or if my led rings need replaced?

Your head lights has a box for halo the black and red wire what is that for?

I just finished installing a similar pair of replacement lights on my cobalt, and everything works including the LED rings. The only problem is that my highs don’t work anymore… am I supposed to turn the screw bolts or is that just to adjust them? Did my lights just come with dead high bulbs?

Double check the wiring and then check the bulbs. It could be possible that they came defective from the factory. The screw bolts are for adjusting the height
