People say that atriox bodied chief but god damn he took that first swing from his hammer/mace thing like a boss and didn’t miss a beat in his counter attack. Just that atriox is a fookin tank
I don't really see it personally. It lacks story, and the gameplay is just going to very familiar places in one area beating guys up and throwing coils around. No variety or interest anywhere

As my first Halo, I went in completely blind and when Cortana (The Weapon) said she was ready to be deleted and Chief picking her up and saying that he'd wanted to start trusting her, I don't know what I felt but It made me fight better than what I was doing earlier. The bit where the Echo of Doctor Halsey giving Cortana (OG) to Chief made me smile.
I'll say it, with all it's flaws, mostly related to the multiplayer, i think the campaign was nothing crazy, but it was good, however, the art direction was nearly flawless, the brutes, the elites, nearly all the banished, and chief, they all look so good.
this game literally tells halo 5 to fuck off No Part where Cortana Goes Evil No part where Spartans Fight each other We are Just Master Chief Doing his everyday Shit of Obliterating an Armada worth of Covenants, Banished And Saving Millions

@@analyticalhabitrails9857 her weakness was john n herself. Halsey knew this n made a copy of cortana that can do the exact same capabilities as the og. Cortana 2.0 trapped og Cortana by utilizing a forerunner chamber that contained her almost as if she was in prison. Other words she was weakened but doesn't necessarily mean she was weak. She still was strong enough to manually activate a self a destruct sequence to "supposedly" kill atriox n sabotage his/ the banished plans. Og Cortana fell by her own power due to the strong connection she had with forerunner tech n that's what was used against her

Halo Infinite: Campaign > Multiplayer I seriously hope the addition of new content can fix the Multiplayer, but the Campaign also deserves some story DLC
[[SPOILER:]] For those curious as to whether or not it was the UNSC Infinity that destroyed the ring. It was not. Near to 1:36:10. Play it and you will see the new "Cortana" explaining that it was the original Cortana who destroyed the ring as to make things right. So this means that the UNSC Infinity is still likely in play. That is if it survived the battle seen in the opening cutscene. Which it has survived a battle before in Halo 4. The Infinity was being boarded by Covenant troops and attacked by the Didacts ship, and still was able to recover. Not to mention the UNSC Infinity has both Earth and Sanghelios to fall back to. If it was able to survive.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Infinity was declared destroyed by Lasky after he reluctantly called for it's complete evacuation. It's gone, and it pisses me off to this day.
Does the sprit of fire even know about the arbiter from halo 2/3 like mannn maybe idekkk it's crazy the covenant but the elites got betrayed because of arbiter not because of him it's because of the prophets and the brutes then the covenant had there own clan from that one elite in halo 4/5 then there gone and then the banished it's crazy how halo wars is so connected
Looking back you’d think the surviving marines would have a more heavy presence in the cutscenes. I’m sure the marines would definitely accompany Chief and echo 219 on later missions. Also why wouldn’t the pilot want other humans with him as he takes Chief to his mission. Fcking half ass 343. They literally copied halo ce but half assing it. Just random marines without using them to flourish the story. All we know In game is that there are marine outpost/squads after that we don’t hear from them. It’s be cool to see marines deploying with Chief or marines directing Chief as he exits the pelican. Maybe echo 19 wouldn’t feel so miserable bcus he acts like he’s literally the only human on halo. He could have a co pilot and crew
So I'm guessing you missed the part where Chief scanned the area for friendlies then got over a thousand marines and Spartans KIA? Cause aside from Chief and echo there's no other humans. And the fact echo isn't a marine??
Halo Infinite was a decent game..but I think 343 is a bit confused regarding the direction in which to take Halo's story. They killed off Didact, such a powerful character in the Halo lore, and are ignoring the Flood, the very reason behind Halo and everything happening in the Halo universe.
Honestly, after the hype for 4 I thought fighting forerunner would be cool but it was boring as hell. Atleast could have had them and the flood, which would have been cool. I don’t get why they didn’t cash in on that, the gravemind is one of the coolest “characters” imo
@@stormbreaker7373 They were still flood spores in the containment chambers of every Halo... moreover, Halo Wars 2 showed that the Flood were still active in the remains of High Charity on The Ark.
Same reason they're moving away from elites: I bet they plan a spartan mmo or something that has players v flood after this banished nonsense in infinity is handled. Seems good setup longterm with minimal shorterm payoff.
Master chief if a human being, kidnapped by the militaty at the age of six years old and trained as a soldier. When he reached his teenage years, his body was genetically modified and physically augmented for high strength, agility, situational awareness and reaction times, all without the armor. A titatium weave is grafted to his skeleton. Outside of the armor, he is freakishly strong. At only 15 years old he brutally injured and almost killed a squad of ODST special forces soldiers by accident after a disagreement in a Gym. The MJOLNIR armor system makes him even stronger, mechanically assisting his movement. A regular human being, even a highly trained Marine, is not capable of wearing that armor, it would crumple a normal mans skeleton and muscles like paper. A Marine tried testing the armor out, and it snapped every bone in his body almost as soon as it was switched on. TL;DR You could technically call SPARTANs a type of "Cyborg" when in their armor, as they are the only ones who are physically and medically capable to wear it. But, they can take it off and just wear "normal" clothing.

Old 343 not the new 343 . The old 343 that made poor development choices for halo 5 and 4 and the development hell of infinite that was then replaced by the development team of mcc that actually cared about halo . Don’t be so harsh on the new leadership of 343 . Blame Microsoft for pushing the company to focus on non halo devs. Microsoft really didn’t know where to direct 343 industries. But the new 343 industries leadership actually cares about the community and took time to fix halo infinite and it’s a solid community game now . Can’t wait for 7
So, basically nothing new has happened or has been added. Microsoft has failed to deliver. I feel like the AAA companies are now going to put out unfinished stuff for maxed price. Then when it is not doing good, they will just leave it unfinished. One reason to be cautious about these types of games now.

Me and my brother were 9 and 10 when Halo came out and after all this time, this entire franchise started falling off after 2. The design was always amazing and they had such a solid story with the flood as the overall antagonists and could've even done the banished thing in 3 but chose a poorly written love story instead and now just want to bleed it for money
Have you guys ever even written a short story? Much less an entire novel sized game? Critics like you come in the thousands. Try creating something of your own so everyone can shit on you instead 😂

Everyone said that Halo 5 was a fuck up but atleast the Chief didn't look like the copy and paste of the main character with his 2 disposable sidekicks. Still would be better than 5 but yeah that bar is pretty low for a filler story. 343 thought this was probably the best they could after they derailed tf out of Halo 4's story. (Which was pretty good imo coming from a H2 OG)

LOL doom guy doesn’t even have armor on his arms in most of his designs it’s suppose to look like the halo 3 Mjolnir VI armor. the story was meant to help chief show his humanity, and introduce the banished to people who didn’t play halo wars 2. The game does well to show exactly how destructive and dangerous Cortana really was. If you don’t read the books either I can see why you’re mad because you’re left without context of how things started off in 6
The story is lazy and uninspired. First they destroyed Cortana, then they killed her. The most unapologetic character assassination I have ever witnessed.
Wow... What a story line an movie it is. Was alot better then most the content on RU-vid.. But there is one story that surpasses all. Thats the story of God and His sacrifice for mankind through Jesus. Repent and believe, and we will live forever with the one true savior.
