FRET is so adorable and cool he’s like that voice in your head (I mean he is) and he becomes the member of your gaming family when u do a few matches with him.
Out of all the more "default" AIs we have at the moment (Butler, Fret, Circ and Lumu; not counting Superintendent), Fret's gotta be my favorite. He's pretty funny and also just a great reminder to not always take the game super seriously.

The lore behind FRET is that he was trained in combat simulations in an attempt to make him a battle-hardened and intelligent combat assistant, but it scared the shit out of him and gave him crippling anxiety instead. That’s amazing
I think there’s two more RvB Easter eggs that I noticed. - An emblem with a plasma grenade stuck to a Spartans’ head, complete with the lore “Is it a spider?” - On the loading screen, one phrase that might pop up is “You ever wonder why we’re here?”
So my 2 year olds favorite show is Amazon’s If You Give A Mouse A Cookie, and I coulda swore the guy who does the voice for mouse is the same guy who does the voice for The Fret AI… as soon as I heard it I had to have Mouse as my AI…. I was quite surprised to find it’s not the same person at all.
Personally I think the fret voice actor could do a good voice job for a young Spider-Man. First thought about it when he said “here goes nothing!” when I grappled

What settings are you running the game on? I wish mine were that smooth. Guess I need to experiment more. For reference, I'm currently running on high graphics and with a frame base of 75 (and a frame cap of about 80). Any insight would be appreciated. On-Topic: Fret's just fun to listen to. He's like the little buddy that's excited, yet terrified, to be with you in a fight.
What your screen's native refresh rate? If its 60, turn on vsync and it should be buttery smooth. Having higher doesn't always mean better - if your fps is not at a multiple of the refresh rate, you'll see tears and hiccups, as the timing between the frames getting rendered and screen drawing them is off.
