This is probably the longest break I've took from a halo game straight after release, but I definitely will be back for season 2 for that new battle pass grind. Just as soon as forge drops I truly believe that will be like a relaunch for infinite and you won't getting me off the game 🤣

Holding my breath for the news about customisation, progression and challenge system rework. The gameplays fun, its just everything surrounding it is very much anti-fun, hopefully those changes will be enough to reignite some interest as well. Moment to moment gameplay improvements are one thing but there's a whole stack of things they need to improve if this game wants to compete and survive.

I have legitimate hope for forge. It sounds like its going to be nuts. And once it's in the hands of players, the content problem is largely solved. The community will be able to create amazing things and 343 can simply add the gametypes/maps into rotation

Motion tracker range isn't 18 meters. Ever wondered why the tracker feels useless in Infinite? Because it's set to 6 meters, and BTB is set to 9. There's a good reddit post breaking it down and showing in custom games with motion tracker settings corrected that 6m is what we actually get in PVP.

I don't want more honestly. I just want my punches to register and my shots to register. I swear I won so many more fights than the game allowed. And I bet others feel the same to my wins. It is BS, I can't take that 1 issue and won't play until proven to me this is fixed.

One change I really want is to have color customization. Every armor piece should have it’s own color pattern(like they used to), so different color combos are in the same places(like they used to be). Then the armor coatings that have specialized patterns or more intricate color combos would be what you get through the battle pass. So everyone still has the standard customization option we’ve always had before, but you have an opportunity to work towards unlocking the more exciting and creative options

I think fixing up custom games, adding a custom games browser, adding infection, and then finally adding forge will help the longevity of the game.

It seems like 343 are focusing on polishing the fundamentals of the game and the more updates we get on these things the better the experience will be when it comes to forge/coop and the hopeful campaign dlc. Have faith Spartans, 343 will deliver.

I am happy they are addressing weapon and vehicle balance. I think the plasma pistol and pulse carbine need tweaking next.

Once you can hit perfect 4 shot brs. with mouse and keyboard its nuts. Its just a pain getting used to the spread with mouse

Controller bullet magnetism is so strong on the AR. You will lose every fight against them. Whereas bloom on m&k bullet magnetism doesn't exist.

With regards to custom games, they absolutely need to bring back the traits system that has been in Halo 3-5. Custom game potential is completely hindered without it. I appreciate 343 bringing up that there are issues and I appreciate you bringing up that custom games are not being talked about enough. I just wish they would elaborate how they plan to fix things.

The controller va MnK debate depends on the users settings as well, because I was using settings for like 3 months that made aiming feel like there was extremely low aim assist on controller and was flabbergasted how anyone could think that controller was OP My aim was atrocious, then I found the right settings for me and it’s a lot better…stilll wouldn’t say OP but ueah

I don’t like the radar edge thing. I just think it’s to much information for players outside radar range. It pretty much makes splattering or flanks almost impossible. Halo 4 and I think 5 had this and it just gave your vehicle away. I absolutely hated that feature so I’m probably going to hate it again

If I’m going to be honest, I can’t stand playing against console players in Ranked. I know they have so much help with aim assist and it pisses me off. A particular friend who I know is much worse than me always finishes with much higher accuracy and I can’t get much better because I already play daily

All I know is the company destroyed Halo infinite forever, and anything you read is lies and that they refuse to hear out player so go ahead and keep supporting people who want your money for pointless bs and pass stuff, no fixes exist
