4 singers, separated by thousands of miles. Audra (from First to Eleven) is in Pennsylvania, Addie is in Arizona, Lauren in Toronto and Violet in Brazil. I dread to think just how many recordings had to be send back and forth to get the harmonies right and video recordings in sync so Brad could edit it all together. The same groups did a collab on Bohemian Rhapsody (minus Cole Rolland) which is also really impressive (especially editing the four separate video recordings to create some of the iconic imagery of the original).
Oh, the 14,000,605 hours is an inside joke. These musicians have been jokingly been referred to as the HCU (Halocene Cinematic Universe) due to all the collabs, a play on MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe). 14,000,605 is the number of futures Doctor Strange looks at in Infinity War, so they threw that number in here as a nice referrence. As to First to Eleven, they're a fantastic group as well. Audra has guest collabed on a few Halocene tracks, while Addie has done the same on a few First to Eleven tracks.
The thing many people may not realize, is that on many songs, it's just not a harmony of two or four voices... it's multiples of each voice. Crazy how good it ends up.
I love Lauren babic, I found her from watching Cole rolland and his out of this world guitar covers of amazing songs I first watched his avicii wake me up cover. But through him I found Lauren, halocene first to eleven and Violet orsandi never looked back since. You will love this rabbit hole I'm still lost in it the white rabbit has had me for 5 years now
I've been watching all of them for a couple years now. It's amazing the stuff they come up with, and they're highly talented. I happened across your channel looking for KMFDM reactions, so I decided to check out a few more videos. You win. I'm subbing.
