That web at the end is a dreamcatcher btw. Nightmares get caught in the dreamcatcher but sweet dreams get through (it’s for little kids), so it’s a visual representation of her being a nightmare

Halsey always had this side to her, she just put it on the back burner for a little while as she did other things. Dom being in her life inspired her to pick this side of her back up again though.

Hey Ash! So something that people have been pointing out is the word "Manic." At the beginning, in the scene with the mugshots, there is an anagram (which we ALL know she loves) and if you work the letters around it spells "Manic." Also, in the scene with the newspapers, above "IT'S OUR TURN" it says "Manic." I'm wondering if it's the album title, or maybe the second single? IDK. Honestly......HFK is one of the best albums ever. I know a lot of her fandom ranks it below Badlands because it's more pop-ish but honestly I think they're on the same rung and elevate each other. I hope she does more paranormal and fantasy concepts like the purgatory in the future because it's really cool.
