The very first tigerhawk review on RU-vid and it's one of my favourite RU-vidrs!

An excellent looking figure indeed. Hasbro has been killing it with Transformers as of late. Especially with the Haslab Deathsaurus which I'm expecting very soon.

The reason why Tigerhawk as "wing-tip" missiles is because he was originally designed to be an ungraded version of Silverbolt - who is the ONLY Beast Wars figure prior to have that feature. That's also why his head mode is so similar as well. Then they decided to make him an fusion Tigatron and Airrazor instead, so swapped out the wolf head for a tiger one and flipped the legs around so that the bird legs were in the back instead of the front.

An instant pre-order, just waiting on Amazon to release him. But I did get Animated Prime and Magneous, so I'm confident in saying United is off to a great start.

As usual, a very entertaining review. I can't wait to get mine, I never had the OG, but I did pick up the Transformers Universe Razorclaw repaint at TFCON in Oct.

They couldn’t have engineered ball wrists, like Laser Prime? Most figures transform a piece at a time, but this guy goes full Thing From Another World. It makes me wonder if some Cybertronians go through debilitating pain to transform.

I’ve come to think of Tigerhawk as the child of Airazor and Tigatron. This character got done so dirty in the end. Easily the part that dissatisfied me the most of an otherwise phenomenal finale.

Great review. I’ve had a few opportunity to get the original Tigerhawk but I never did. I wasn’t a fan of the toy design; But this new “Legacy United” Tigerhawk looks amazing I might have to add to my shopping cart.🔥

2:39 A ONE PIECE REFERENCE!? When I first watched this vid four months ago, I hadn’t known a thing about it. Since then I’ve blazed through the live action, anime, and manga. It’s become my favorite anime of all time. Oda is of the greatest artists/writers in comics. Up there with John Byrne and Jack Kirby. I can’t go three days without humming “We Are” to myself. I just can’t.

Biggest problem is the beast head. Its almost like hasbro is intentionally been making horrible beast heads since Lio convoy. This head on Tigerhawk isn't as bad as Lio's but its still horribly off. It genuinely looks more like polar bear than a tiger(taking this joke from someone else, but at least we know where Polarclaw went after a no-show in kingdom) and just overall isn't ferocious and more derpy and awkward. Why can't we get the real beast heads from the OG toy line with their expressive eyes and killer snarls. Don't get me started on the visor either. I was planning on getting the inevitable Razorclaw repaint but this just puts me off entirely.

It’s pretty cool to see the new and the old side by side seeing that they’re actually the same size basically. I get that people are upset that sizes are going down and prices going up at the same time. That’s true of some figures obviously, but usually there’s something compensating for the difference. This new Tigerhawk has his issues but I cannot deny he is full of the exact right aesthetics. I can live without wrist swivel OR neck articulation for a flying guy, but not both :(. I still got him the other day because nostalgia is king. Not disappointed at all. Some reviewers hate his transformation but I really don’t think it was that bad. The QC on mine is so good that I can actually get him to pose standing on only his little birdy legs!

Love how the talons in bot mode make Thunderhawk look like he's constantly patting himself on the back. Also, while I've always thought the Mixla track you use as your intro was groovy as all Hell, can you tell me the title of the track you use throughout the review? Thanks in advance!

somehow since kingdom i'm pretty much locked in for Beast Wars updates, only getting a few a year helps! Tigerhawk's great, but maybe the bot head is the single best part? I'm not sure whether to go for this version or wait for a Razorclaw... imagining that visor in transparent red, or maybe a falcon helmet for the beast mode.

While I wish the beast mode head could look up-and I’d really like gap fillers for the guns, I am still excited for this guy to arrive early next month! 😸 They’re a rad lookin figure, and I look forward to seeing them oppose Magmatron with a Bouldercrash in Tigerhawk’s paws! 😼

Sterling global pacesetter review of the rebirth of this awesome Transmetals Fuzor figure, my bro. 🪶 🐅 I still have both the original and the Universe (Razorclaw) redeco complete and full intact/functional. Like the recent Nemesis Lio Convoy, I can't wait for the inevitable repaint, mate! The gold parts on this toy still causes worry (as foreign metallic particles in any plastic act as a catalyst for the unavoidable breakdown of molecules over time). PS. The sad part about this is not limited to the lack spring-activated missiles, missing auto-gyroscope-levelling canopy/cockpit, or wrist rotation (in spite of being a 'sword'-wieldiler), but rather the lack of his original 2 extra modes; being the eagle battle-helmet 'attack mode' & built-in tank mode. Also, it would have been nice to enable a Titan/Prime Master sized 'pilot' to sit in the canopy (like what was originally intended for the OG toy.) Stay tiger-awesome and hawk-tastic, my nimble bro! 😊🎉
