316 my "donkey". Between actives and reservists the israelites have 630000 militaries. Supposing that only one in ten of the downs were "un-alived", that means they have lost around 3160 soldiers. Thats's 0,5% of the soldiers lost. You don't need to remove conscript exceptions if you only lost 0,5% of your military.
