I'm glad Tony brought up applying self defense techniques if you have certain injuries. I in fact have a torn rotator, tendinitis and a torn meniscus all on my left side for many years now. It' was your classes that help strengthen them all and avoid surgery so I thank you for that Sifu. Love the hammer fist strike whether your injured or not.
