I love those isolateral machines. I wish my gym has them. I am having severe muscle imbalances with bilateral machines.

good equipment, but some of them machines are not necessary, and will never replace free weights.

i once tried the leg extension and it was so bad. You cannot really stretch the quads in the extensic phase. I didnt know this shoulder press, it is pretty similar to incline press. There is antoher Hammer strength shoulder press in which you press more behind your head.
