With that much weight how do you feel about the starting position? For me it's such an extreme stretch that Im a but hesitant to even increase weight alot on that one
Its a shame you cannot adjust the backrest to choose an easier starting point that would help the shoulders out. If you have bad shoulders, the starting position of this machine is gonna hurt....
No, it should be higher than usual to mimic the landmark and pressing mechanics of a decline press. Where, the bar is lower on your sternum and you push more up and out, vs. pushing-up and back like with flat and incline bench.
