Good to see this have you ever gone about 3 fields up to 1st field at quatford? Me and my dad went there every wed for 6 mths in 1996 lol only remember year because listening to euros 96 on way back? Just wondered if you can still get to quatford up fields from where you fishing want to go back and fish it for old time sake! 😢 Dads past away last yr but watching that makes me wanna do it 🤔 many thanks john! I lived at the nearby Water Works Houses 1967 - 69 when the Ferry was there

Some rich dude put up 50 grand to get a new ferry up and running but the bloke who was entrusted with the money did a runner with it. It could be an urban myth mind.
