After working on this video, I now know more about pizza names and have a huge craving for pizza.

The Domino worker probably thought it was her first delivery call and she was very enthusiastic about pizza.

HanaKana's the type of girl that will apologize to you twice during a prank call.

She said "quattro camembert millefeuille" like she was casting a forbidden spell

She was so embarrassed when the other host told her to ask the pizza staff what she thought of her voice, but she did it without hesitation and even apologized before and after. Truly a professional.

I remember the last time my Gramma ordered pizza (before passing). Normally, the staff are very rude and impatient, but the guy that answered was actually very similar to this woman over the phone, here. My Gramma made a lot of mistakes and got confused but he was calm and guided her through everything to get her order right. Thank you, Domino's Pizza guy, and others working in these fields, that remain patient with customers even if it's frustrating.

Can't tell if it's staged or not. If it's not, either the operator couldn't tell, don't care, or figured it out but kept her excitement under control in order to appear professional. Now if this was Hayashibara Megumi instead, she'd be recognized the moment she says the first word. You'd have to be born yesterday to not recognize her legendary voice right off the bat.

Well, I've worked in Call Centers and you get weird calls from time to time (prank calls, people drunk and I'm guessing high, and the occasional lonely people). Usually, you just have to play along, unless they are being very rude then you can warn them a couple of times before dropping the call.

She's literally wayyy too cute😅but i think making VA's do these type of things makes them really awkward. I could see that she herself cringed in that call(doing an anime voice irl is cringe af). But these japanese tv hosts seem to pressure them to do most absurd shit that end up being super wierd and creepy. I saw a video where some other hosts were making another VA akarin kitou do sexy neighbour and onee san impersonations on live tv. Doing those in a studio gives you a sense of comfort but doing it in front of thousands of people is hella embarrassing. But the VA's can't even tell them to stop because then they'll get bashed for being rude to elders(also potentially damaging their career)

Makes me wonder if Domino's in Japan goes through a central call center now like it does here in America. About the only national pizza chain that I am aware of that still doesn't do that is Pizza Hut (but it may only be a matter of time before they switch over, too).
