Great video Dustin. As a student of Revere Glass School, I can't recommend it enough. Come join us. Dustin: Inquiring minds want to know what you were dabbing on in the post melt voice over (blooper reel) 😂
Set up my own home studio 4 months ago, RU-vid has been my teacher and videos like these are greatly appreciated. Definitely gonna be joining the online school in the near future 🙌
I had a piece many years ago, clear glass with 3 red roses on it. The roses looked like they were painted on but way more durable. I'm guessing that would have been stenciled on using powder coat paint. I wanted to replace that item and even online searches reveals no one makes the exact style item anymore so the real steamroller is dead and replaced with a tube, just a tube with a hole in it. It's just an elongated pipe then. I also remember some pieces made to let the consumer see the smoke traveling through their pieces like crazy straws, they were mesmerizing.
I finally got a redmax and am slowly getting what I need for my own studio while taking lessons! Can’t wait to be able to follow along and make something like this after watching your vid!
I just spent 10k on equipment and a fire proof shed to start blowing! Watched all your videos and am super excited to finally get on the torch! Hope I get a chance to win the classes!!! 💯
Awesome piece man. So nice of you to be so open and teach others your underrated profession. I love glass functional and non. Keep it up and thank you for the knowledge 🤘
Thank you so much Dustin🙏 I've been watching for a while now and we're all so blessed to have someone knowledgeable and skilled as you making these videos for us. I can't wait to join the school in the near future my friend.
duuude! this is a dream. im looking for a local artist to take classes from but its a very very small community here. love that I found this video and about your online class. THANKYOU!
trial subscription to the classes would be so dope! setting up a studio (as jank as mine may be) takes a whole grip of cash & i never really had much to start with (thank you stimmie checks!) but i finally got one set up & i have been with you the whole way.. i was watching your videos 3-4years before i ever even touched a torch, your the closest to a mentor/teacher i ever got.. i never went to classes, everything i know i owe it to revere glass. and i have cone this far without even the classes, i could only imagine to what level the classes could advance me to! i plan on joining one of these days as soon as i get my cheddar up (don't even have any broccoli to go with that if you catch my drift😉) but a free trial for now would be super dope
You should do a piece that shows us what tool marks and other impurities look like. Also I love the new bloopers, it's kinda motivating to me, because someone that can mess up their words like me can still make such beautiful art
Thank you soo much Revere glass, I am from Ecuador, where there are no more than 4 or 5 other glassblowers and I set up my own Litle home studio, i don't have a teacher other than a friend that started this with me, and i have been watching your videos for a couple of months. So your videos have been the reason I have been able to progress in this wonderfull art. And so i wanted to let you know that you are really doing something beautifull by giving your knowledg and good will to all the community. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dustin. and if the promo is still up, i would love to participate. sorry for the bad english
thanks for continuing to put out great demos and content, i pretty much learned everything I know now from your videos are theres like only 4-5 glass blowers in Delaware lol
Dustin my propane regulator is coming in today I have built my ventilation system I have all my tools and my glasses and I will be blowing glass tonight can’t wait would love to have a little more instruction! Pick me pick me! Lol
Some classes would be amazing! The way you guys rock it on here i can't imagine how in depth the class must be! For sure looking into it. Much love yall!
Your videos are rad. Looking forward to winning. I should be building my studio in 4 months or so. Really gonna try and go full time with it. I gotta get out of construction.
Yooo just bought my torch! Now time to put the hrs I’ve put into watching your vids to work! Free classes would def help with turning my vision into a glassy reality! ✌🏽
I LOVE watching all of your videos and learning all that you teach about glassblowing (even though I still don't have a setup in my garage yet) . Great color combo right there for sure!!!
Thats awesome I would have commented on all your videos I've watched if I knew I could possibly win to learn to blow glass I've always wanted to but I live in a small town with no glass blowers around. Watching from Upstate Ny
Just purchased my first torch the bethlaham bravo and I’m setting it up at mitzel glasses studio super hyped to start my journey!!!!! Thank you for all the videos
I am definitely interested in it there is a class near me and I’m going to start going there, I don’t know I feel like it’s my calling..that may sound weird but I just have always been fascinated by it and I also love pipes and especially elephant pipes so I would love to make my own!
Great video as always! I’ve learned a bunch over the years watching your videos. I also have a very good friend that I’m learning from. Just did my first fumed inside out chillums the other day.

yo been watching the channel for years. JUST got my 1st torch, clear glass, tools, 2 oxycons everything ready to go! need help though! revereglass or if anyone in south tx hit me up!
what do you need help with? RU-vid is how i started. Purr glass has some basic how to setup everything videos and is a great place to get started setting up. Revere is amazing and i cant thank them enough for the things ive picked up from them but id say the classes/videos are for people who have a few hours on the torch under their belt. I work from home near Austin,TX and have been blowing glass for about 2 years now and am more than willing to help out.
I love how descriptive you are! I do mainly sculpture work and am self taught. Inevitably though, I'm asked to make a custom pipe. Do you ever do parson's pipes? Lord of the rings style lol
Just how crucial is the annealing kiln cycle afterwards, and is there a way we can sort of cheat at annealing without the kiln, as the torches are a fair sized investment for many of us at the moment. I'm a hothead at the moment.
