Hi Everyone!
Today I show you how I make an HandMade Telecaster add Belly Cut and Arm Rest Countur.Part2. This is how I've always put an arm rest and belly cut contour into a guitar body.
This Telecaster was made at Hungary, Miklos Vintage Guitars

I used an angle grinder to do the belly cut and arm contour on a kit tele. I think it was much easier and quicker than what you are doing here! The body was made of poplar wood which is a little softer and lighter than ash which I am guessing is your body wood?

Hi! Thanks for watching my videos and commenting! Yes, it's much easier to make! Unfortunately, I don't speak English well, but I said in the video that unfortunately I have now closed my rented workshop where I could do these loud operations, I am now doing this in the living room of my apartment. Since I live in a condominium and have 4 neighbors, I thought I would show you how to do this without machines! Of course, the most accurate way is to cut it with a CNC machine in 5 minutes! Also, I personally like the Japanese handwork line very much and I try to make every task in this way!

It doesn't need a ground. The pickup base provides the ground...

Hi! Thanks for watching my videos and commenting! Of course you are right, but in this case the neck pickup is 15 Ohm and the bridge pickup is 20 Ohm. If after I finish my work and the owner tries it and is not satisfied with the sound, it is likely that the pickup will be replaced, which I will not do. So that there is never a problem, that's why I'm makeing it now!

Viktor Wow! The Doctor is in the House! How do you get your chisels SO sharp? I was shocked with the powered color in water. I thought a oil stain is what you would use. I thought the color was too orange at first but was SHOCKED when it matched. I would have used a universal tint 🤔 a Raw Sienna. Good call. Viktor, is the cost of the repair exceed the cost of the guitar now? Because of all my physical ailments playing my Telecaster is very uncomfortable and almost painful so I understand the modifications. Fantastic work! A Master!!! Das 😎alll!👍😉👏👏👏👏

Hi Ray, my friend! Well, first I sharpen it with at least P260 sandpaper, then grind it on a whetstone! I like to use water-based paints, but also the natural materials that surround us in the kitchen! Ex: Turmeric yellow, coffee, etc. I will present them in another video! Yes, you should always pay attention to the fact that water-based paints will be 3 times lighter after drying. The time and labor to repair the instrument never increases proportionately with the amount, so it always remains a semi-hobby. That's why a master instrument made by hand, be it a guitar or a violin or any other instrument, costs thousands of dollars or euros, while a cheap wood CNC-cut and stringed costs a few hundreds! Greetings my friend from the Alps

@@viktorlieszkovszky9683 Victor I can NEVER sharpen my chisels or knives properly. When I see yours cut wood like warm butter...I'm Amazed and impressed! Turmeric I injest regularly...however 🤔 as a stain! 👏 Wow! If you were close I would have you make my Telecaster SO much more comfortable to play and sound GREAT! I love watching you work. You never stop amazing me! Thank you...Very much! USA...Ray 👍🏻
