If you knew what is it made of you wouldnt say the same thing..look at the interior ..its got a ruby and its an automatic watch..i place it at no less than 3 grand
its not automatic but only mecanic , an the ruby isn't expensive at all , in a 25$ movement you have 25 rubys like this , every mecanical watch have rubys. I think this movement goes for like 5/10$ on alixpress and the strap looks very cheap. The fact that he made the case himself is great and it seems like a lot of work. For me this watch is 50$ maximum even if it has a sentimental value for the maker
that's not a handmade watch, it's just a handmade case (unknown metal, possibly toxic) and a cheap tongji Chinese movement (more or less useless) bought from the internet shops such as aliexpress, wish, temu etc.
But they put the balance wheel on so that must be handmade to!! Lol, yeah this thing is about as handmade as frozen dinner that you sprinkled some fresh chopped parsley onto. What gets me are the hands, they're so big and blocky, despite the effort they went too to blue them.
@@davidcarter4877Falsch, die Unruh lässt sich einfach abschrauben und entnehmen. Und die wieder in Position zu bringen und fest zu schrauben kann jedes Baby. Das hat nichts mit Handarbeit zutun. Das Werk kostet auf Aliexpress 10€ und ist somit wertlos.

The general title is *watchmaker. You can get a trainee place in some countries (even US and UK), but there's a lot of different skills and processes and you won't learn all of them (at least not in a decade or so). If you don't have a proper watchmakers, you can train yourself to become a repairman (surely there are those in every country), just note that specialist tooling is really expensive. So are the proper mechanical watch parts.

Das selbe Uhrwerk gibt es für unter 10€ zu kaufen, und das ist keinesfalls selber hergestellt worden. Und die Unruh zu entfernen und wieder drauf zu setzen kann wirklich jedes Baby.
Использовать этот механизм изначально плохая затея. И стрелки такие не изготовляют, куда делась родная секундная стрелка? И не пойму марьяжем это можно назвать или нет?)) Получилась котлета с ужасным механизмом.

Uurwerken (caliber merk(en) vindt je terug in vele horloges met op de wijzerplaat één fantasie merknaam. Uitgezonderd de grote merken, Seiko, en Zwitserse topmerken.
This watch actually came out pretty nice. I bet all the haters in here would have said "stunning, beautifully made, looks expensive" had you only shown the end watch and that you paid 6500.00 for it
