this is one of the rare occasions when, not only is the music and lyricism exquisite, but both the rock and acoustic versions are nearly incomparable in the fact that it's hard to choose which one you like better. they're both absolutely amazing. edit: 5 years later, lots of life lived and things changed, and it is still my favorite song. this will be played at my funeral.

I haven't ever listened to the version in this video until now, but I've listened to the album version so many times. Jesus this is giving me chills.
