great review. it is stated that it has a 72mm thread for the lens. if one were to have a mini35 adapter such as the Letus35 and mount it onto the 250, is there an image flip feature that will correct the image in camera without the use of a flip adaptor?
I am shooting hockey games and having fast reliable auto focus is critical for me. Have you received any feedback on the Autofocus on this camera? Thanks for the reviews
@xerves7 I would imagine it would have a flip function. Its predesesor HPX170 has a an option to flip the image so wouldn't see any reason why they would take it out with this version
Great rewiev, thanks a lot. Great camera n i love to have it. Have few key elements "built in" to make an a advance (lens range, AVC INTRA, 4:2:2...) Im am a camerman for 12 years n i try a lot of cameras. Personaly i prefer panasonic n have a dilema which camera to buy 160 or 250 . This camera have a good price BUT: P2 card n reader r expensive, post production needs a "powerfull" PC, and finaly most important, compresion for clients! BR or PC file? Depends on client! That will define a buyer.
This is a great cam that I've owned for now 5 months. Only little quirck is autofocus. I shot a wildlife feature with it, find it on my channel steenknarbergphoto. Would love any comments or questions on it. Also visit my website steenknarbergdotcom See you there, Steen
