I LOVE the response to this video and SO many views it's awesome!! I'm the guy playing the piano haha, Rachel Brooksby (the director) wrote the choral arrangement herself for her choirs to sing and had me write the accompaniment, it was such an amazing show!! I'm gonna miss those kids!!
I'm a massive fan of the Hunger Games and I wish our school would do this but I am only 10 and still go to primary school. The teachers would call it ' inappropriate for the younger audience ' 😢😒 Anyway, this was an amazing performance! Let's all just be thankful that the Hunger Games don't exist!
Konnis Zockerstube the original comment said primary school, you said something about the US, basically the original comment said primary school so he probably isn't in a US school since in the US they aren't called primary
+brad dayton You did really a grat work! Only thing (in my opinion) is, your director tryed to make a epic song more epic by turning it into a canon. The way she did is great, but not absolutly nescessary. But i totally agree with the other comments: Best version of this song so far. (sry my english, im from far away xD)
@@gracetrivino4224 we all have our opinions. I like this song more as a solo, you like a canon. It is alright it is a good song and we both enjoyed it.
This is by far the best version of this song on youtube. Clearly you can sense how everyone in the choir is sucking in the essence and the spirit of this song with every tune played and every word sung- towards a beautiful and tremendous crescendo at the end. God you can even SEE how every single one of them is willing to jump forward and fight for our all freedom! And together with them, I am too.
My son, Andrew Tyler (who is playing the piano) wrote this piano accompaniment for Rachel's incredible arrangement! They have been an amazing team for a long time!! :)
Excellent job! All three parts harmonize well and all demonstrate great dominance! This is excelling especially for a junior high school. Keep up the good work.
Omygosh!! This is absolutely beautiful.. It brought tears to my eyes, and shivers to my body. The blending of all the parts is just amazing!! Well done!!
for many years I've been singing this and even at my grandma's funeral at church I was singing this and everyone was singing along and now the way I was happy now things have change and I moved on and I have a lot of dramas to deal with and I need it to end it before it will get worse M.s Susie if you are watching this I miss you so much and I have not seen you since many years and I want to thank you for everything like the concerts were magic and I had a grate time and I still remember somewhere in my memory how is your day going so far did you had a good Easter yesterday I miss the all of the concerts do I still have good voice or what happy 2024 I wish I can have another concert but it will not happen that was the end I hope you are okay how is Nora doing like have you talked to her tell her I say Hi from me don't worry M.s Susie I'm gonna make you proud I miss you have a grate day and happy Monday
Salem Massachusetts I presume? Cause our middle school choirs in Salem Oregon didn't sing this last year. Sounds amazing though so keep making great music.
Hi, part of a youth choir in Switzerland, we are interested to sing on the base of your arrangement, which is one of the only good a capella version I found. Wure we will pay it what it deserves! Coulnd you Email me any data for a command and payment? Thank you
Good, but I highly suggest with a song like this to make it have more of the gloomy, sad tone. And you were going a bit too fast for this style of song. Splendid vocals though!
