That's what I thought, If you take the video out of it i can imagine her leading two children into a forest with a clearing and having one big tree (the hanging tree) in the center where the man is, he's leaning on the tree and starts singing with her while also telling them the story of the hanging tree where they are. I also imagine them to be siblings.

I feel like they're the same person, Bailey's voice is what the children hear and see, and Peter's voice is their (Bailey's and Peter's) mind, and they're trying to lure children to the hanging tree/another dimension.

These songs are perfect for each other! I imagine...a couple walking through the dark forest in the dead of night. Inviting all the orphans and poor children to come with them and meet up at the "Hanging Tree". To take them away from the world and escape reality together. But darker motives lurk in their souls. Murder and darkness. And the children who left never return. And no one saw the couple again.

This might be one of my favorites of yours now. The 'glitches' in the video added so much to the already creepy song. The songs also combo REALLY well together, although in more creepy ways if you listen to the lyrics in the order they appear, without considering their original order. Though, possibly for another Halloween song, can you please do Brigmore Lullaby (Credits Mix) from Dishonored 2? It's a really spooky, but really cool song as well. Definetally fits this time of year.

+Paladin There are over 20 great cover versions of this song on youtube. The song is from the Disney movie Hocus Pocus The song originally called: "Sarah's Theme / Come Little children" there are video clips of the Witch Sara singing this song while on her broom from that movie Hocus Pocus

Ok, first off, whoa. I never would've thought of layering these two songs. Second thing, lemme get this outta the way--how much fun was this to film?!? XD Peter's face at 1:00-1:03, is just TOO FUNNY!!! Ok. I will admit, I watched this half covering the screen the first time because I didn't want to be jumpscared. XD The melody is hauntingly beautiful, and the guitar really adds to it. These two songs...I'd've never thought of them together, but they fit so PERFECTLY, and the tempo was so slow and perfect. I love how the video was creepy and spooky without being....for lack of a better word, *SCARY.* Yall know what I mean. ;) Keep it up! :D

I loved this mashup when it first came out, but now that I've read the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes I can't help but feel that this song is being directed towards Sejanus before his execution; he was never cut out for the violence that being a peacekeeper entailed and though he tried his best to help the districts, he ended up losing his life over it at the hanging tree.

This reminds me of the scene in Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow when Icabods mom is leading him to the garden when he was a kid. She’s wearing that beautiful deep blue dress and floats around the falling flowers as Icabod just lays there looking at her. It’s a great scene.

I hate to say this, because her voice is BEAUTIFUL and haunting, but I was let down by her diction and the wide vowels. Something that is easily fixed, at any rate, and I look forward to hearing how her sound develops. Very cool mix, thumbs up!
