Yeah we have to do this about every 20 - 30 hours or so.

Is it the air cooled one? If so, it's more similar to a non-marine small engine. I believe the carburetor setup is a bit different on those. A small engine repair shop might be your best bet.

@@HufflerGarage i found the made in china and the maker hangkai but no serial nuber theres a place for it but its not there. i contacted the supplier he told me its on the box i looked sure enough theres a black lable on box with serial number but id have to cut it out of the box and try to put it on somehow or get an adhesive data plate made to put it on the outboard

That sounds like you might have something wrong with your carb. Once your motor is running, what happens when you play with the position of the choke? Also, I would pull the screw out and inspect it to make sure it isn't broken. 1 1/4 is the standard adjustment (of course environmental factors such as temperature, elevation, and fuel quality can cause the need for some additional fine tuning). We have 2 of the 6.0 Hangkais (2020 models) and that setting has always worked on both of them when they get out of whack every few months or so; but like everything individual motors may vary (they shouldn't vary as much as yours though).
