Jeez, you rubes are actually gona argue who is the better guitar player? There are probably dozens you guys haven’t even heard of. Hank and Stevie Ray would stare and you and shake their heads.
There are a few artist out there that still do it right. You just don't hear about them in the mainstream. Check out Sturgil Simpson, or heck Hank 3. And for god sake don't listen to the radio, or your brain will be fried rice.
Same here, I rewinded and paused this DVD so many times watching his fingers because this is hands down the best version of whiskey bent and hell bound I've ever heard.
