A judge sentenced Hannah Payne to life in prison with the possibility of parole for the deady shooting of Kenneth Herring in Georgia back in 2019. Payne shot Herring during a scuffle after a hit-and-run crash. Her defense team argued she didn’t mean to shoot him and Payne said she didn’t pull the trigger.

@@peanut_butter_falcon, she was charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and 3 counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony. She will not be eligible for parole for 43 years. Whenever someone is found guilty in our country their attorney will usually appeal. In this case l don't see an appellate court changing anything because she lied on the man saying he shot himself and she defied the order not to follow him which ultimately led to his death. Or her lawyer helped her believe that, and thus they did not only take it to trial, but provided facts for the parole agents to deny her parole a few times over because her lies, demeanor, and deliberations are all out bare in public, and most importantly, in sworn testimony in the system.

All she had to do was to follow the 911 operator's advice and stay away,but she wanted to be a hero by going after the guy and by doing this she shot the guy dead. Going from a hero to a murderer in a day is quite something. There is a lesson to be learned by this, let the law deal with the problems or you could end up in jail just like her.

If you have hate in your heart and got a fire arm it's hard to think straight sometimes. Many people feel justified to take a persons life just like she did based off assumptions, perceptions and their personal experiences in life. That is the most emotion i have seen from her during the whole trial. Sad it was for herself and not the elderly gentleman she murdered.

She had 4 years to enjoy while his family waited on their day in court. She did not cry when she murdered him, she was boastful and mean. File your appeals but go to prison via jail and think about your actions. Don’t join the gang, keep your nose clean young lady and learn to stay out of the police business.

@@elainet8170 why didn’t she try to flee the country in that time? I’d be in the Middle East.

So...the judge effectively gave her what the original plea deal was. Smh. This woman deserved life without parole.

Death Penalty
@sonquatsch8585
@sonquatsch8585 7 месяцев назад
@@kaydencefreeman6043 that would bring nothing. u have to understand what punishment is. punishment is spending a minimum 43 years FROM AGE 25 in prison, then being released when you're OLD AF. plus parole is dependant upon showing remorse. she ain got that now...and she might just live out her life in prison. that 10 times worse than the death penalty.

All she had to do was mind her business! Let this be a lesson to all ignorant entitled Karens!

Her smugness is gone now! Finally reality sets in and her fake persona drops! Her lies will stay and sink her in that prison cell for 43 years! She would have to repent and take responsibility to be paroled before that! Evil bully needs more alone time to reflect on her personality and lies! Worse bully’s than her will straighten her out! 😆

She didn't want to do what the 911 operator was telling her to do, now she has to obey prison guards.
