The truth of the matter is that this is not a theatre. A trade show is not a clapping environment. The good news is that it is not necessary for the people to clap anyway. Most trade show magicians don't expect applause and indeed it is very rare they get it anyway. I suspect it is better not to ask for it. No need to press the issue and bring attention to it. If it ain't broke --don't fix it.
No, he's not humble and that's ok. He's an entertainer. Someone who is humble wouldn't have said "clapping is good" in the end there, when the "crowd" just stood there in silence. I'm a 100% with him on that though.
@@freerider3434 he might not come off as humble during his act- its an act. And it does seem to get people comfortable so it's got a purpose. I guess we cant know what he's like in person but who says entertainers cant be humble people
I see people criticizing... but i had to view it in .25 speed to see what happened... i bet they did too... people need to stop hating, even if it was a tad sloppy it still looked good if you dont know what to watch for...
It is actually easy to understand, if you follow his hand, all the talk and eye contact is for diversion.I got it first time, without slowing down at all, then again this was an easy trick. I am not ciritcizing, but your bet is wrong :)
some people make it their life to peruse videos of slight of hand tricks to feel better about themselves because they're able to figure it out. it's not even hard to figure out you just gotta stop looking at what the magician wants you to look at, as soon as he pulls a hand away from you, that is the hand you gotta look at, simple stuff, nevertheless hannibals execution is evident of years of practice.
Even though, due to the camera angle, I can see exactly what he's doing... I can still barely believe I'm actually seeing it. Such fluidity and misdirection. I love this guy!
I love this guy, is Fantastic in the whole meaning of this word !. but in this case I forgive him, because is *pretty noticieable* how the did the tirck. Cheers, John.
I loved the performance but I'm personally not a fan of asking for a clap when I'm finished. A subtle gesture and a pause will get you the clap sometimes it can be a delayed response due to them being surprised the clap will come but never ask
Nice but the last misdirection was sloppy. when u fake fumbled and switched the card you can see the card in you right hand tuck while the one in your left trades in. Other than that great show.
how much time of your life have you wasted to stalk Hannibal in every video and desperatelly try to insult him ? Grow up !To me he seems purelly brilliant
So your goal is to be a dick, not a smart or witty one, but one that uses lines from children and not adults. No brilliant person would ever let themselves get that obese and unhealthy, nor would they be so condescending to their audience.
Hannibal is a horrible magician. His greatest trick doesn't involve the card actually travelling to another location... He's switched out Tommy Wonder's effect with something he loves, a can of Pringles. Not to mention, paperclipped cards and you still fumbled it? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Really just really... Do you not get why I'm calling him a horrible magician? The performance I'm not judging, the fumbling was just icing on the cake really... The horrible part is the trick itself, he claimed it was a signed spectator card transported to a can of pringles. It clearly is NOT. The trick is just plain bad. There's no transport involved at all. I mean my God if that was his ending effect he did it all wrong. His opening of the trick he totally could have done a semi-ambitious card routine, done another trick with the card, then vanish the card, display the cards to audience and really sell it to them the card has vanished. He could have done a magical gesture to send it to the can and hit it, which would have caused the prop card inside to make noise. Then finally revealing it. Not to mention his showmanship is just plain bad. "I love me" , "clapping is good" ??????? Are you serious? How full of yourself do you have to be? Why is it so difficult to be slightly classy? Obnoxious showmanship, acting or not, is not pleasant under any circumstance. If it is to you, then go watch it. Otherwise piss off and leave me alone.
He's not full of himself, the cocky remarks are part of his stage persona, and it becomes pretty clear once you watch a few of his videos. I actually find them funny, but if you don't that's your thing and I wouldn't recommend wasting your life away commenting on videos you don't like. Just do something that's fun to you and enjoy life a little more, you only get this one after all.
And you think you're being a great person by visiting a video by someone you don't enjoy and shit-talking them in your free time? I can tell by your profile picture that you must really enjoy working out, so do you think someone should go to a channel you like and go "this guy only works out because he's an arrogant piece of shit, and these self-hyped jokes are only prove of that" No. You wouldn't. That's stupid, and it's exactly the kind of stuff you're doing right now. And saying "END OF STORY" sounds really weak as long as people are still able to reply to it. Just turn off replies so at least it looks like I gave up.
