Yea true. AA is a lot better here than in previous coh games

While the loiter is really strong, AA is waaaaaaaay stronger. It would be a straight up waste of munitions for the enemy. I'd wager getting AA anytime you see the enemy go for an air battlegroup.

@@HelpingHans The only thing is if it's shooting a ground target when air goes over head. It doesn't switch targets.

I think it happens when a specific model is killed. Like the one that was surviving from previous fight. I noticed it in beta test

I think it's because the squad leader unit has died. That's my theory right now. Really annoying because it creates moments where you're trying to figure out what you lost

Even fearless ai is a joke and the only reason is because the Ai has no coordination when it matters. But it'll surprise you with mines and plays sometimes

@@DigitalHawk96 true in coh2 hardest ai was easily beaten too if you found good chokehold points and he would just run all its units to slaughter and then you just wait till he is resource starved or you get better units and take over the map. Still I enjoy playing against AI with no pressure and familiarize myself with all units, upgrades and battle groups before heading online. AI can still be tough if your not very good coh veteran. I've even managed to lose matches against tough AI because i haven't noticed units getting killed and I'm experimenting oen units a bit. I wonder though does AI get more resources than I because theres been time he is just throwing marders to die and still keep coming :D

AI will only learn you bad habbits..., coz it has big resource bonuses and no tactical skill. Go straight to multiplayer. Everybody is someway new to it, so it will be good. Versus people you can't be passive like vs AI. I came from DOW:Soulstorm and I am fine with playing only UK and by testing units in the cheat mode.

They are comparing it to Coh 2(now) not when it was released. Some miss the grimness of coh 2 and the overall art design. Coh 2 has a lot of attention to detail when it comes to little things and basic stuff. You don’t even have replay in Coh 3 unless you “hack” it. Coh 3 has solid foundation but that’s about it. So in times the dev can build upon it much better than they can with coh 2 which has shit optimisation and most likely spaghetti coding.

To me CoH 3 launch has been pretty succesful so far. I've had 0 technical problems, no stuttering. Few minor bugs but nothing game breaking. We have 4 full factions on release and decent map pool. Id say its above average what we can get on release in game markets these days. But if someone doesn't like the style of new game I can honor that. I read somewhere that grimness fits eastern front focused CoH2 better but mediterranean settings need little bit brighter. I wouldnt call this game cartoony still like some :) Definitely hope they add replays to make life of youtubers easier. Won't affect me though. I enjoy both CoH2 and CoH3.

what kind of dumb logic is that? if relic had 12 years of practice, wouldnt the third installment in the franchise avoid the mistakes made by the other entries?

I think they were breast-fed for way too long and therefore ted goes sailing out of pram.

It's weird to me, you'd expect an audience that played CoH1/2 to be rather mature but I guess I'm wrong. I'm not happy with how the game came out and I'm letting it marinate to come back to it in the future, won't see me crying about it though lol.

Looks good to me especially when your playing yourself on ultra settings. Maybe recording app makes some parts look more mushier/foggy or smth. Or maybe its because I watch on mobile but I can live with that. I dont feel like it when I play myself.

@@stebateus7730 its not the graphical fidelity but the art design that hurts the eyes. It lacks the gritty/serious ww2 feelings. Even coh2 does a better job in that regard.
