You guys DO realise we would sit here and watch an 8-hour stream of Mario Party, right? It was so great to see everyone together and all dressed up! Luke was on an absolutely amazing roll on this stream. Not only in terms of the game, but the comedy, the costume, the pouty faces when something went wrong, and of course making the brilliant discovery that Donkey Kong scans the same as Jean Valjean and then periodically capitalizing on it for the rest of the stream. As someone else who thoroughly appreciates the majesty that is Les Mis, that never got less funny. Thank you Oxtra (and Oxbox) for all that you do! Here’s to many more years!!

Happy birthday, anniversary, and Halloween, OxTra! I started watching both your channel and @outsidexbox in August 2019. At the time, I had lost my job and a member of my extended family. I was also dealing with being a full-time graduate student getting into the next levels of the program. Y'all brought smiles to my face and quite a lot of laughs - between the different lists and the Show Of The Weekend. I hit the Subscribe button within weeks of being hooked/vested. Over the past 2 years I've been watching & subscribed, y'all kept me smiling & laughing through: the long study sessions, random frustrations, depression, burnout, the pandemic, my doctoral dissertation & defense, graduation, job loss, Moderna jabs, and return to work. Thank you so much for the laughs, delights, and game crushings: Among Us, Dark Souls, Slender: The Arrival, Dead Space, Mario Golf, and Phasmophobia, to name a few. Cheers to the entire crew. starting this with a bowl where i had sliced a halloween caramal apple into it as it is impossible to bite into one without teeth but when it has caramal and halloween themed sprinkles it is still delicious and surprisingy good FOR you if you can cut it up. looking forward to cheaty andy and yet either ellen or luke to SOMEHOW pull enough 'random' reward stars at the end to make this an oxtra win, as it should be for their birthday. happy birthday oxtra and MANY MANY more for both channels to come, hopefully. edit: "this game should reward prudence"... me: so this game should reward jane since her d&d character is named prudence. now i know why they almost never play this game with Jane.

Someone probably mentioned it, but that turn where the star got Chomped (by Andy I think?) and moved in front of Mike, but he had no coins? THAT was when the Cursed Dice Block could’ve been useful. :) Edit: I love the Bowser space, but they can be very traumatic. My brother actually got the “100 Stars” thing from a Bowser space in an earlier MP game. Bowser just runs - it’s a “Get Out Of Bowser Trouble Free” roll, basically. ^_^

I bought Superstar last weekend from book convention. Visited a gaming magazine's stall and meant to get the regular Mario Party as I didn't even know Superstar was out. But the seller was like, hey it's only 50€ and recently released, you do want this after all... And I bought it. Got stickers too.
