I could not be happier actually to hear you going down certain paths.Your Microbiome(Gut Life/Gut Health) and watch the Search for balance and the Human experiment are two great documentaries for knowledge.I would also recommend a plant based diet,mild to moderate cannabis use and swimming.Less impact on your body.Meditation will be hugely enhanced.More power to you Izzy.Love watching your Instagram and RU-vid stuff.Lots of info on the Microbiome,however some things are still being studied but some great info has come out this past year.Be Good Iz :)
Hi Izzy! Happy New year!! Yeeeep, more videos on fitness tips and workout, please!!! I even go running but it's been two months since my second Lemtrada round and I try not to get a cough. I exercise everyday but I sometimes feel it boring, that's when I go walking. So please, show us your routines!!!!😉 By the way, kéfir and chucrut are wonderful for the gut, at least for me. Thanks!! 😊
Hi Izzy, Happy New Year to you too. I'm 12 years diagnosed, Relapsing & Remitting MS but have only been taking Tecfidera for the last 3 years or so now as I initially tried to go down the natural/holistic path but was having too many relapses for my liking & so was kinda forced to go down the DMT route & opted for Tecfidera & I have to admit, so far so good, as I've had no major issues per say. I've been following your journey & I truly admire your strong will, tenacity & your openness in relation to the condition.
