Pecan Pie Recipe
Double ingredients of deep dish
pie shell frozen, home made or refrigerated
preheat oven to 325-350 degrees depending on your oven
1 1/2 cup pecans
3 eggs
pinch salt
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon softened butter
1 heavy teaspoon vanilla
arrange pecans in pie shell
blend eggs and salt in blender
add the rest of the wet and dry ingredients and blend
pour into shell
wait for pecans to rise to the top
bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour
let cool completely before serving or refrigerating
