No matter how fit someone is, they should always be struggling. everyone goes at the pace that their body allows. if ur not struggling, ur not doing it honestly
I began PE with Joe assuming it to be easy, like the circuit training I did once a week. I was dead wrong. 6 months later, and I can genuinely say that I have abs, or at least two. An amazing coping mechanism for lockdown, and considering the upcoming GCSE's, I'm getting up at 6 am to do these in time for the bus! Thanks so much for being there for both me and the 2 million people subscribed who needed that positive impact on their lives.
Savage wasn't the word, but loved it, got a huge sweat on, had to changed lunged jumps for lunges due to bad knees but done it. 6 months ago I done no fitness what so ever, gym was a swear word, but since doing pe with you through lockdown I love fitness and feel guilty if I miss a day. 3 months ago I would have skipped this but so chuffed with myself I kept up and went all the way through. I can't thank you enough for changing my life around feel so much better.
I've been working out since the start of PE with Joe but up to now always avoided anything with words like hardcore or savage in the title - but dared to do this one this morning, and yes it was tough in places - but I did it!!

Oh wow, this is called savage for a good reason. I thought I might cry after the 2nd set of squat jumps! I think only being able to do lunges rather than lunge jumps stopped me collapsing 😂 thanks Joe xx
Joe I’m 50 and been on this one religiously for 3 months, 40 seconds on and 20 seconds rest 4/5 times a week. My cardio is the best it been for years breathing feels a lot better. Weight 13 stone always been 13:8 to 14:3, funny always tried to look bigger! Sometimes really hate doing it but feel great for hours afterwards. I have three young kids oldest 8 and I can now keep up thank you Joe 👍😄
Joe I've been following you for 3 years now and the amount of people that I have encouraged to do your workouts and in turn have seen great results has been nothing short of amazing! (Including my own immediate family). The variety, accessability and convenience of your workouts makes you the best out there. Thank you for making this planet a happier and fitter place. Keep the workouts coming. P.s. me and my daughter did a workout today following the third lockdown and her first official day away from school. There were lots of giggles and we finished feeling 100% better about things.
Thanks Joe just did this workout to kickstart the weekend. I miss the live PE with Joe but I have continued doing one of your workouts every day. I feel so much better mentally and physically. When lock down happened I was really bored and frustrated but then I did your workouts and I was full of energy and fun I didn’t miss a P.E with Joe and I hope you do some more your the best so thank you:)
Nice workout! According to my HR monitor, I burned 275 calories including a 3 minute cool down. Those burpees followed by the run in place sure get the HR up there.
I have been doing these workouts for a year now after I had a baby and it’s the least I’ve ever weighed. I do 6 days a week and I do 3 of these in the morning and one at night ! Always get a good sweat on 🥵
This really is for the fittest people. I can hold my own in a 10k run or a tough game of football, but my legs were completely devoid of strength halfway through this workout . But as always, to my dearest Joe, thank you very much for giving me the option to do this. Probably not again for a little while though!
I just tried this again and got through it without pausing. I didn't push it, also I stuck to 30 seconds for the push ups. I was utterly exhausted by the end, but I did it! I did run out of energy about 2 exercises from the end and was running on air after that. I had fruit beforehand. An absolute necessity!
This was brilliant thanks Joe. Am so much fitter because of you. Sustained regular exercise since March, the longest I have ever kept it up in around a decade. Thank you!!!
Another great workout Joe. Lost the running mojo since having to switch to afternoon shifts and childcare in the mornings whilst the wife works. These are great to give a good base level of fitness for when the running starts again. Best thing about your workouts though is that they are all inclusive. You've done a wonderful thing Joe. I was really struggling tonight with my mental health, I knew I needed to do a workout to feel better but just lay in bed.... but I got up to do this and I am dripping... THANK YOU JOE

Another great workout. When I started PE with Joe I could barely do one lunge jump and hated them. Now I can manage do them without ending up in a total heap. Never done a donkey kick before and they are the new brutal. Thank you Joe for reintroducing fitness into my life and giving me a stronger body and mind. 😍👏👏⭐️

Oh my word this work out was the bomb!! It was very tough but that’s what I look for in a workout. I would love to see more like this from you Joe. Thanks for another awesome workout, Joe!! I LOVE having the timer on the screen!! Having it visible all the time really helps me push through some of those moves that I really want to give up on. That was the first workout I’ve ever done from you, I just searched for HIIT workouts and this one was recommended. And I’m super glad because that thing was brutal and I loved every second of it!

That really was tough! I attempted it a couple of days ago when I was not in a good headstate, and found it a bit too much, so I stopped and switched to another workout. Tried again today, got through it, and I feel awesome. Thank you!
It might seem like torture while you're doing it but the benefits are amazing. I use HIIT as a tool to reset after eating absolute garbage foods high in sugar. If you've ever cheated hardcore on your diet, you want that liver glycogen depleted to get ketones back in production. It always clears my brain fog and helps get my natural energy back.
Theres my cardio for tomorrow sorted. Doing the 30 Mon high intensity fat burner today with some bodyweight exercises and this is tomorrow one. Love it
Better than going back to the gym - I went yesterday and it didn't give me the same buzz as your work out Joe - really worked up a sweat this morning so thank you for this!
I’ve been doing your workouts since beginning of March when I quit the gym as I had no motivation to go after switching my shifts around with work. Was just about to look for my first workout of the week then u posted this on Facebook so I’ve just completed it. Now a sweaty mess! Those donkey kicks are solid 🙈
I also quit the gym due to covid. No equipment necessary for this (except your mind!) but i have definitely toned up, waist much slimmer & i feel stronger & tighter. I will be sticking with Joe all the way! Good work :) x
