Depends on the context. ped tht know my dad to be my dad like family etc I just "My dad ", out of that I will sometimes use his first name. " Juan was talking about this ". As Seth does it I agree it's disrepectful . Les,....the owner. I would have said "how dare you talk to my dad like that, and the owner ". He makes himeself sound like he's out of the family and just employied as a staff. I also however dislike the armerican term dog. I would go nutters if you adressed me as dog. I am a human.
