So I finished it, turned out great, I could have never thought this up on my own, I only changed a few things too. I epoxied a 2” washer on top of the sprinkler head and replaced the cap nut with a regular nut, just looked better imo. I also removed the 2” washers around the base along with the along with the fasteners on the EMT connector. It just didn’t look right or feel right in my hands, the diameter of those two pieces just made it awkward for me to hold so I removed them and that made it much better. Wish I could send you a pic. I did some Graflex type hilts but it was much more trial and error compared to the Obi Wan/ROTJ Luke style. RE: Pipe length, based on a screen capture and some forensic photoshopping, the tubes used in the video (0:00-0:11) are barely shy of 4.1875" long (approx. 4.16 for the finished hilt and approx. 4.13 for the cut tube in front of it). @@MFtheo I’m terrible at guessing! I was brought up in the UK with the metric system but I’ve been in the US for so long that I’ve gotten weights so confused. I’d say it’s under 2lbs (US) for sure, maybe even closer to 1.25lbs maybe?
