The only thing to look out for in the first phase is Hunger Wave, Vaikunta, and Bhairava. Other then that, keep her phys attack down and It should be fine.
For the second phase, Harihara will summon 6 cores that will shield her. They ALL need to be destroyed so that she can be damaged, but also to prevent Her from Comboing with the cores. I did try to use Heat with power charge and Genocide at first, but It's was difficult to maintain, and it didn't do as much damage as I thought it would. That being said, Magic is just the better option, because of Amp and, Boost.
During the second phase Harihara can use Hunger Wave, and Vanity. Obviously, there's nothing I can really do about Hunger Wave. But, Vanity is also a problem because it's a Almighty-type skill. However, I have my party equipped with Null Nerve, Null Panic, and Null Charm. Basically, all the ailments that would make me lose turns I covered up, but I can still be hit with Poison, and Mute. I needed room for other skills, so some sacrifices had to be made.
