Long ago the Harlem Globetrotters came to my high school. Our HS team was pretty good, one of the best in the state, but just like in this video, the globetrotters totally owned the court. Wow, what awesome individual skills and great teamwork!
I work at a college & there was a charity volleyball game between the staff & the faculty -- I didn't play tho, I was badly out of shape! The faculty won & then the college's women's team came out to practice & challenged the faculty to a quick match. The faculty got their asses KICKED!! But it was fun to watch, everyone was laughing too hard to take it too seriously.
I remember watching reruns of the Harlem Globetrotters cartoon in the 70s, it aired in 1970-71, they had superpowers, it was Space Jam when MJ was 7 years old, he probably watched it every Saturday too.
One thing about the Harlem Globetrotters, no matter how many years or new members, they’re always awesome! Saw these guys when I was a teen, no one believes me how amazing they really are unless they go see them themselves!
I remember when the harlem globetrotters came to Broadview Saskatchewan Canada I was in boarding school back then they were hilarious I couldn't stop laughing I was crying almost pissed my pants man would I like to see them again

I watched Baby Face Paige, play High School Basketball. And Edmon Lawrence played for a near by city. When they matched up, it was a Battle on the Court. Both we’re Awesome players of course.
They came to my High School in the 60's. played our coaches and faculty. The C's and F's ruined it by playing the Globetrotters to win, and most of their show was not seen. As I look back, the High School could have been better.
