Harley Benton - ST-62 - Custom Colors for everyone! - 

I've been waiting for this guitar for years, HB can't get it right. One more suggestion, if such a strat from HB should ever come onto the market, then please position the jack socket exactly where it is on an original 7ender stratocaster.

@@HarleyBentonOfficial What you also kind of miss out is doing st style guitars with roasted maple necks. The fusion line doesn't count. Squier just did, Jet guitars did as well. I got a dakota red st-62 and for what it costs...Well done. Needed some work but nothing major. Amazing for the price and above.

Totaly agreed. There are like 20 different right handed Harley Benton strats to choose from , and only one left handed. It's unfair.

Not on this specific model but maybe on an upgraded ST.

We have TE-62s with vintage caramelized necks, in Seafoam Green, Charcoal Black, Lake Placid Blue and Shell Pink.

@@HarleyBentonOfficial i want an st62. I saw the vintage White one that comes with caramelized neck but in other youtube videos also the black and the Shell pink one has the caramelized neck, instead in the official website don't report It. Does the st62 charcoal frost come with caramelized neck?

Do you prefer a 12 inch radius? Ideas?

@@dragan4658 I hear people blame HB strats because they do not use 9.5" radius. But I think 14 is muuuuch better. ;)

Being a G-word fan, I'm good with the radii. If I buy an ST it would be a Benton. My fusion is the bomb.

@@dragan4658 I much prefer the 9.5 inch radius... I've had 2 of these ST-62's and they've been great, especially the black one with the tortoiseshell pickguard.. they stayed in tune perfectly (I took the black one to a gigand I never had to tune it throughout the set).. Sold that, got the strat bug again and bought the Sunburst one (I have plenty of videos with it in my channel)... to me, for some reason, that sounded better and I loved it... but once again, the thing that defines a guitar is the neck... The fretwork was amazing, the woods were immaculate but the flat radius was the reason that I sold both of my ST-62.. Doing the thumb over the neck thing and some chord voicings with the ST-62 is not impossible but it just doesn't feel all that comfortable. I don't think it's just me but I think most players that get the ST-62 expect to have that rounder feeling neck. Most of us have played a Fender Strat and expect the Harley Benton to be the same.. I tried a 2003 custom shop strat and I can, without a shadow of doubt say that my Sunburst ST-62 sounded better but if you can't gel with the neck, that guitar is bound to be sold.... sorry for the lengthy comment but I'm really passionate about stuff like this and every time I see a HB ST-62 I say to myself, I wish it had a 9.5" radius...

@@silvansky a lot of people prefer that, I agree. But being based on a 62, it should have at least a 9.5 inch radius.. I think having a 14 inch radius hurts these guitars more than we think cause the majority of people that buy these guitars have already tried the Fender counterparts and they really don't read the specs and see that it's a 14 inch radius and as soon as they grab these, they go, hold on, this doesn't feel the same..

Hopefully that's in NEXT year's spec! (It's only a few days away!)

@@HarleyBentonOfficial There is nothing new in the strat department, which is what I'm personally interested in. Excluding st60, there is literally only one guitar available; it's the st-62 lh bk.

Aaaand a multiscale Version, a 7String, maybe a Baritone Dullahan, Theres much more potential
