Beautiful Bike !! I just came across your channel in my feed actually. I'm happy to support your efforts and those of other fellow moto content creators. I look forward to seeing and hearing more from you in the future ; keep up the great work and ride safe out there.
Very entertaining, thanks, but not for me and, like Ducati, prices are getting well over reason, especially when considering the limited utilisation of certain bikes ✌️
As long as you enjoyed the video then I’m happy 😃. Harley’s aren’t for everyone and I agree with you, prices these days are getting out of hand. Gone the day where I could buy a litre bike for £10k. Can’t get half the middle class bikes for under £10k lately. Ride safe.
Hi, I tested this bike last week. Bike have awesome engine... It pulls like freigttrain. It's nice and simple bike. Down side is rear tire beeing too wide - doesn't want turn corners in angles + the biggest problem i've head was footpegs beeing too low 🤐 You can't do faster corners with it because of them. I would be for street street glide only because fckn pegs.... SAD SAD SAD 😪 We had nice orange paint on it 🤩
Who in their right mind would even entertain spending 25K on a bike!!? Still, if it give a person with more money than sense his 'Easy Rider' fantasy of cruising Route 66 whilst on a wet and sodden A14, go for it. Oh, dear!
I see it as they are covering a wid market with their prices, you’ve got the cheaper nightster range (£15k), Fatbob (£19k) Breakouts (£25k) or out of most peoples pockets the CVO Road glide limited at (£50k). There will always be those people who can afford / justify spending however much on a new bike. Just be grateful because that means there will always be expensive bikes made cheaper in the 2nd hand market :). But i am with you on this, £25k is a lot of money, looking at a 2nd hand Fatbob, not much real world difference between this and the Breakout, you can pick one up for £14k only a few years old. I’m just glad i get to ride all these expensive bikes without having to own them :). Ride safe Mark.
I have a lot of intelligence and I bought one because I like the look and at my height it's hard to find anything else that I can ride. Insulting ones intelligence or sense as you say is just being petty. Cheerio
@@JoeSmith-nu8oo I did not insult your intelligence. As I stated, you are well within your rights to select whatever bike you desire, regardless of your stature. However, assuming you reside in the UK, as we have a generally abysmal climate most of the year, a bike like the one featured is, in my opinion, wasted, (that includes its exorbitant asking price). If our weather was bone dry like the south western United States, with arrow strait highways, such a machine would indeed look good. We don't, so enjoy your bike, sincerely, but don't forget your waterproofs. That was my point. Nothing more.
Appreciate all the time you can give me Les. Any specific reason you switched off ie Me or the bike? I’m open to helpful feedback this early on in my RU-vid journey.
How does the clutch feel? I haven't taken delivery of mine yet still sitting at the dealer as I had to sort out the parking situation and a few other things. I got the Vivid Black.
Sorry for the late reply mate. Clutch like a lot of the Harley’s is a big lever with a somewhat heavier pull over some other bikes. Have you taken delivery of yours yet? What’s your thoughts?
@@DSR1YT I love riding this thing man, it absolutely scoots.I've spun that 240 a few times on takeoff and yeah it's a damn rocket. I had a Street Glide before so making turns were a little sketchy for me at first but I got it after a few rides. I haven't noticed any difference in the clutch feel but it's all good. Gonna put some V&H pipes probably next summer.Later Bro
How many people nowadays actually keep a bike for the lifetime of the finance ? Most people will swop it out before paying all £24k, so I don't look at the total price, only what id pay for it over the 2 years id keep it. Each to their own though.
@@Freedom69881 Sure isn't a cheap bike, HD have always held their second hand value pretty well, the only good thing is that if you buy 2nd hand then when you come to sell you hopefully won't be too deep out of pocket.
It has cruise control, usb port, traction control, abs, high flow heavy breather and is $22k. It literally needs no mods but maybe slip ons and stage 1 tune if you want more sound and performance. You could get a detachable windshield and bags if you want to do some commuting or travel with it but besides that, it's pretty much done from the factory. Best bike I've ever ridden by far and really not hard to turn just takes getting used to like every bike.
