I always assumed their daughter would be named something plant-like, like Rose or Violet, or maybe called Lucy like Harley's daughter in the Injustice timeline
But the looks of it, there weren’t the best parents to her like she said they didn’t even give her a name i mean what kind of parent dosen’t name there child a name that’s ridiculous if you ask me, although with the toxic and dysfunctional relationship they have especially with Harley being a pyscho and a bit crazy at times i can understand.

I've always liked the idea of Ivy growing a plant/human baby in a lab for her and Harley, but I think they should have gone with the name "Lucy" from the Injustice universe here.
No, Lucy is the Joker and Harley Quinn's daughter. Lucy has even made her 1st appearance in ink in DC's Suicide Squad comics. So they can't use her here.

Hey I just thought of something. If Netiry is Harley's kid, then in the far future her kids will be the DeeDee twins from Batman Beyond. Just thought of that.
I don't think that series counts anymore after all these reboots and changes they have done to Harley. I doubt those creators ever put into account that Harley and Ivy would become a couple and have a kid otherwise the twins would have a tint of green to them.

Though wonder how many movies they would've made in this new timeline?

You know I was kinda expecting ivy and Harley kid to have Red hair with green hair highlights and a pink skin colour with blue hearts and with some ivy clothes and pink and blue hair accessories

Mind you, the cursing between them *does* make sense: these're canonically villainesses; they'd use sexual curse-words alright; but I do seriously doubt they want to give oneanother any ideas of that at the present time and place- or they'll really attract all manner of baddies involved in this apocalypse as Ivy described it.
I don't even know *how* this kind of parenthood would or even *could* be biologically possible; and I do betcha that these ladies would be asking the same exact physiological questions on anatomy and biology about *this* kind of a move: the two of them making a kid?! I really do genuinely believe that they're at least as confused about the anatomical details as I am!

Well if you are an Batman lore fan like me and watch Batman: TAS there's an episode called House and Garden where they show Ivy is capable of creating living life with DNA, she probably combines her and Harley DNA together and one of them choice to be impregnate.
I laughed with Harley and Ivy when their daughter said her name was Neytiri, because yeah really from Avatar? Harley Quinn is a badass and Poison Ivy is an ego terrorist, of all the names in the world, Neytiri is the one they chose?
