For everybody wondering. The Harman Kardon Onyx Mini only has two speakers. If you take off the front it has two speakers and another one of the “speakers” that is on the back. Many mistake the back as a “speaker”, but it is actually called a passive radiator. It takes the air and vibrates it, causing it to produce more bass. So to reiterate, it has two speakers (mid/tweeter) and two passive radiators. This is a very amazing speaker. Another trick is that if you have two of these, you can hold in both Bluetooth buttons until it makes a sound. This will connect both and make it 10 times more intrusive and in your face. Super loud!
I have one and it's a remarkable little speaker, I still cant workout how it can produce such a refined yet huge sound from such a small size. HK is at the top of it's game at the moment! watch out Bose and B&W!
The larger (and way older) models are AMAZING as well. I bought mine 4+ years ago and it had been out for a while then. If you’re looking to get a cheaper price, go with older model - they are amazing. Also, don’t forget to corner mount if you can. Sounds way better if you put it in the corner (on kitchen counter or whatever) versus middle of room or counter.
Mine keeps turning off. You'll notice why many ask this question online so it could be a common problem. And it doesn't connect to computers. Works on my iPhone only. Not happy with my purchase.

FOr an HK speaker that price is super low, not what they normally ask. BUt must other Bluetooth speakers of a more bigger names tend to raise their prices as well now these days. I dont think this speaker is high-end, not like what they normally put out, especially not at that price range
Sorry but the way you explained comparing it to the JBL and why upgrade sound a bit weird. Makes no sense actually. You either upgrade or you just want this one? You dont need to have a micro one, perhaps you want something else. All depends on what your are going to use it for.
The review is very detailed, but you obviously know very little of speakers or sound. Your playing something, recording with your camera and then the viewer plays with their speakers is meaningless, it shows you should actually not make videos about speakers. Can you really not see how stupid this is? Yes, of course your silly test shows the small speaker has more bass and volume than the phone, the HK has more than the little speakers. Doh, that is no surprise to anyone, buddy. Please do yourself and your viewers a favor and LEARN.
