When i first tried this, the variations annoyed me a bit - then i realised they make you keep track of the chord changes coming up. Good stuff!

+Tomlin Leckie. Hey Tomlin, thanks for the reply. I have a question /request, I can't find a good, suitable version of "in the mood" by Glenn Miller(and his orchestra). I use a (G) harp, because it sounds closest, and best(to me), but I can only get the first bar or two. Other versions, with tabs, are incomplete, or don't sound right. is there any way you could do a cover, or version with tabs, so I could learn it, and hopefully learn it correctly. Please consider my request and let me know if you can help. Or at very least send me in the right direction to find a good, correct version complete with tabs. Thank you.

hi tomlin, the tab says 123 blow but it doesn't sound the same, shouln't it be 234 blow?

I wanna buy a harmonica and learn to play it - any model suggestion? Must be in C, diatonic, what else? How many ''holes'' or ''voices'' ? Nice video by the way. Thanks for teaching.

my marine band hohner in C sounded nothing like yours, it sounded dry and dorky so i discarded it. as a kid I knew how to read and play piano music because my Mother made me. I have long since forgotten how to read, and every time I come back to music I remember why I left. MUSIC LESSONS ARE SO TERRIBLY COMPLEX AND BORING. So I run again. I could learn it better if there were no mention of chords or timing. I get the timing and I have an ear - I just need somebody to teach me what string to hit or what hole to blow into and when. THATS IT. I dont know anything, but in my opinion normal music lessons are grossly over technical and complicated. I have the patience to fish all day long, but I cant sit down and listen to something that is just BLEH. I mean no offense to you at all. You are a very skilled musician with an excellent understanding of harmonica. Im just bitching because learning music is hella hard and I have unpleasant memories of the process
