harmony and horror continues to be dreadful (in a good way) 

The idea of a haunted toy company is pretty interesting to play with.

I noticed that the Toymaker doesn't move his mouth in "Are You Happy" (except once when his voice gets deeper), and now in "What Went Wrong it is moving.

The clown is like a different personality for martin, he uses it to blame the things he does like making his family toys and such

Harmony and Horror is such a great series that I think doesn't get as much credit that something like The Walten Files or Mandela Catalogue does.

Again, your intuition is pretty good with this series, however, let me clear some things. Martin is both the animated toymaker and the clown. In his demented quest to make successful toys, he makes a deal with a demon/devil and ends up sacrificing his family. His wife was having an affair with Arthur, Martin's brother, and was murdered for it, which is why she is a spirit and not a toy. It is believed that a demon is inserted i to each toy Martin made with the souls of Arthur and Martin's kids and dog as anchors, which is why they each eventually lost their humanity as the devils grew within the toys (the red man from the twinkle twinkle Henry, Banzo's monster form going berserk, the Ice Cream Man's final form, and the strange thing that attacked you from Sophia if you choose not to sing for her). As the souls lost their grip on reality, the Ice Cream Man attacked Martin and he either died or escaped, heavily injured, as he had disappeared from his home when the police went to investigate, but not before leaving behind a brand new monster toy, which attacks the cops
