He doesn’t have to go into a nursing home. He can stay home with his wife because they’ve got lots of money that they can get nurses and hospice care in there. You must’ve never dealt with somebody that had dementia. There’s nothing anywhere that says he’s got to go in a nursing home.

The interviewer is letting her OWN politics get in the way of the interview.
