I’m being drained from everything slowly. I can’t feel anger anymore. I’ve gone too far.. I can’t come back. I have fallen too deep into this hole with nobody to get me out. Sure I may laugh and smile, but that doesn’t mean I’m not losing myself. My emotions have been drained to the point where I can only feel sadness, happiness, and numbness. I lay in bed all day. I either eat too much or too little. I can barely brush my teeth and shower anymore. I haven’t washed my face in months. I brush my hair 4 times a week. I only wear baggy clothing. I always get bad grades. I can’t pay attention. I never open my blinds. And Whats worse is I don’t have a ladder to climb back out of this hole. I’m lost.

i feel im growing up, im scared.

i can't figure out why im here. about a year ago i started to try and improve myself. at first it was great. being healthier and more productive made me feel better. but eventually there was a point when it just started to get lonely. i ended up doing a lot of introspection, and it seemed the more i learned about myself, the more confused i became. yeah now im healthier, a little more productive, i look better, but it isn't any easier. my head is always clouded with thoughts so i can never focus. i barely feel any emotions anymore. im empty. i realized that i don't have anything i really care about. everyone's like "i want to do this, i want to do that." i don't know what i want to do. i have nothing driving me forwards. i have no reason to live. it's not like i'll end myself, i have no good reason to di3 either. idk
