Whats the likelihood of an inmate finding your identity and using outside connections to harrass your family? If so thats a whole lot of risk for 22$ an hour

That exist in only your world, houston jails are filled with a generation of illiterate trash that didn’t make it out of highschool. And they do not start off that much don’t care what they say

Yep happened to my step dad when he started working as a prison guard. On his first day after training they started commenting on how nice his truck was and how big his house was.

I worked in the jail in the 90's. Its terrible. You have the treat the inmates like children and they basically run the show and do whatever they want. Id rather work at McDonald's.

Really? I was once an inmate in the Harris County main jail back in the 90's. And one thing I saw for myself was that you don't piss off the guards and if you even looked like you were gonna attack a guard, you got body slammed to the concrete. No inmates were running nothing (well, maybe on "the Gladiator floor"). in fact, Harris county was so bad, other jails and police departments would tell their inmates "Well look on the bright side. At least you're not going to Harris County".

They’re looking for baby sitters for that hell hole 1200 baker, they either fired a lot of those good for nothing, baby sitting, lazy ghetto Walmart hired toy cops. Or they’re about to, fire a lot of them and send them back to Walmart

Something wrong with the system when you jail more than 10,000 imates, the cost for the tax payers must as astronomical, doe's the state has a whole pay or government or Harris County, that becomes a industry, the more prisoners the more tax dollars.
