Magnificent entertainer. Great closer for many of his concerts .Second if not equal to “Matilda” Best version I ever heard was with Sivuka at the O’Keefe Centre in 1972 . Fabulous!!!!! Close to twenty minutes of glory.

En ces temps tristes pour bien des raisons...on recherche ce qui nous a tant rendus joyeux et cette chanson en faisait partie...merveilleux programme musiciens chœurs et bien sur l'élément incontournable en premier rôle...la douceur l'electron libre...c'est ce qu'on aimait 🎧🕺💃🪘🥁. 🇨🇵Merci 💖 🌟

This has to be the best La Bamba ….the infectious fiesta gaiety ending was pure magic ! Btw, much appreciate if someone can upload the first full concert ( 2 days ) at Carnegie Hall 1959 . Can’t find any DVD recording .
