Harry Carpenter…. The consummate professional! I feel really fortunate to have grown up as wee lad in the 50’s and early 60’s interested in all kinds of sports and having the benefit of Harry’s extensive sporting knowledge and enthusiasm supplementing his wonderful commentating on a vast range of sports throughout that era and later through the 70’s , 80’s and 90’s….An absolute Legend !
An absolute legend in every way! Harry’s incredible knowledge of sport, his iconic voice, and always a total gentleman and professional in every way. Harry will remain a national treasure in every way! It’s impossible to watch this without shedding a tear.
