And, yeah, IMO there’s two “playing fields”: Old Testament. And, New Testament. You went “old skool”, that’s a dark “playground”. You went “noo skool”: yeah, there’s rules there. “Someone” “died” for those rulez. That woz “our” “get out of jail free” card. Not, everyone listened to His Message. Wot now? God decides.
@@Jimbob7595 It's s thought process. We'll see how it works out. Charity? I don't think waffling crap on the Internet really counts. I'll have to get a job before I can get to that part. But, we do seem to be getting to a a point where everyone's realizing that we need to be able to TRUST each other. Under rump, Boris and Facebook, we were all told "you can't trust anyone, so go and find your own 'truth'". That's all very clever, but, just because you can't trust everyone, doesn't mean that you can't trust anyone. And, we had always been able to trust each other - for the most part. Those we couldn't trust we "called out" as a-holes. Now you call out an a-hole on the Internet, and you get swarmed by people who have "found" their own 'truth", and they'll want to "kick your ass" if you don't buy their version, even though they don't really understand the subject and have jumped onto a band-wagon of lies and/or misunderstanding of the truth and/or what matters. The Bible says there are consequences - in this life or the next. It's good to challenge God - who wants to be a robot, or follow blindly just coz our parents, and their parents did. But, doing it on a pack of lies, that's taking a chance that most of Western Society has been "mostly wrong" for the last ~2,000 years.
