We're up to week four of our laughter in lockdown series and this week we're travelling back to 2014 for award-winning comedian Harry Hill's Top Comedy Picks.
An annual sell-out event, the format of this show features a well-known comedian choosing clips from some of their favourite on-screen TV shows or films.
For this event, Harry was on stage with I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue star and Goodie, Graeme Garden leading to the burning question of the day - did Harry choose a Goodies clip?
A rare insight into the comic influences of the master of surrealist humour Harry Hill!

It was really interesting to find out about Harry's various comedy interests and influences...I love silly and surrealist humour, which is why I'm a fan of Harry to begin with, but it was still a pleasant surprise to see how many of the comics Harry featured here, that I also love. Really enjoyed this, thank you for uploading.

Yes - sorry about that! When these events were recorded, they were just meant to be for our archives... so not enough care was taken about the sound. It is definitely something that we have been looking at improving!

When we were originally recording these events they were purely meant for our archive - there was no intention to ever make them public. So we weren't as thorough with the recording process as we now wish we had been! Going forward we def intend tightening up the whole process!

Matthew Keith Hall (Harry Hill) is not a proper comedian in the true sense of the word. Has never been funny and never will be. Thats why he's left to spout out drivel to canned laughter over a home video show and most of that audience base don't have a clue who or what he's waffling about. If you're the kind of person that does find him funny then you need a serious upgrade to your sense of humour and understanding of comedy. Even the Chuckle Brothers were better at slapstick and I never found them funny either.

knowing his full name doesn't make your point any more valid. His stand-up is amazing, he's a true comedian but judging his comedy from 'you've been framed' is like judging James Acaster's comedy from his cake on 'Celebrity bake off'
